The trip was supposed to include a hop off at Islamorada which is the reason i bokked this paricular trip. We stopped at Mc Donalds???. Not exactly the stop off i paid for. There was no toilet tissue or hand cleaning fascilities in the bathroom and were told we could only have a no 1. The bus squeeked all the way and was very distracting and annoying.
It was my first time in Miami and took the opportunity to take a trip to Key West. Commnication between me and the guide Thamara was excellent well informed of how to program would run for the day. I took chance to avail of the up from seats which is not to be missed for the breathtaking scenery of the Florida keys. Even though I couldn’t take up any of the extra activities due to recovering from a broken ankle I still had an amazing time . Sampling key lime pie for the first time. Can’t wait to comeback to key west and hopefully spend a day there as it is a hard slog to do it all in one day but so worth it as I made it finally to see Robert the Doll in east Martello

The host was very nice but we did not stop at the places that were listed as stops on the tour. We only stopped at McDonald’s

I loved my experience!! We had enough time to experience Key West/eat. The driver was cool and informativex Finding the pick up location was easy, the bus was pretty clean (could use a wipe down), there’s a toilet on the bus, but no sink. The drive was smooth. We took a 40 min break going and coming back to use the restroom/grab something to eat/drink. The outlets on the bus didn’t work so bring a portable charger. I would recommend

For the very low proposed price it remains a very good choice to be transported from Miami to Key West. Driver, however nice and helpful, very eccentric. A stop in islamorada at Rain Barrel Village was planned for breakfast: without any warning instead the stop was made at a mecdonald in another area. Now, I can't say if for having immediately reported to driver (who claimed to have forgotten to make the stop there) or for having written to the tour operator, who responded to the report (they say the barrel village was closed for Mother's Day even if passing it was open ..) the fact is that on the way back we were allowed to stop for photographs (the place was now closed for late hours). The bus alas was quite old with no possibility of cell phone charging (not working sockets) and upstairs (double-decker bus) a continuous smell of exhaust gas. Let's say it's all a bit grotesque but still worth the destination.

The experience on the way there was enjoyable; however, the return trip was very disappointing. There was a lack of organization during boarding, and despite having prepaid, my family and I were unable to sit together. We were directed to walk around and find available seats, which was both confusing and frustrating—especially while traveling with children. This experience was unacceptable, and I believe there should be a clearer, more structured process to ensure passengers—particularly families—can be seated together when reservations have already been made.

We had an excellent, concerned guide and a great professional in his work who in addition to being a guide is an excellent driver, knowledgeable of the entire history of the journey and travel in general, speaks perfect English and Spanish, we are super happy
