Directions on where to meet was not clear and had difficulty trying to find the tour host to get our tour tickets.

Great way to obtain tickets and an audio guide ahead of time! Easy to find meeting location. The lines at the Pantheon were overwhelming. Highly recommend you order tickets online ahead of time . Even if you have a timed entry ticket , you will still wait in line 15 minutes or so to enter. Once inside, AMAZING! Well worth the wait

*WARNING* this specific booking is awful. Yes we had tickets. But two hours after booking our time slot they texted us and asked “can you show up 20 minutes later?” We agreed and then when we met up for the tickets they asked us to wait another 20 minutes! It was ONE HOUR later that we were finally able to get in. The guide Nasser told us we could call for a refund or wait… after he played games to get us to wait an hour. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS ACCOUNT/COMPANY. They will take advantage of your kindness, even if you have an infant. Pantheon is great though and recommend going with tickets through a different vendor.

Pantheon wasn’t that crowded, could have bought a ticket just anytime I came there. Lines weren’t that long. The views from the outside I enjoyed more and I personally liked sun reflection inside the most and shortly chilling in a nearby cafe. I sat and watched inside for a while, but it was just day after the Vatican and St. Peter tour (so I am guessing at some point it was enough statues and other ornaments). Of course I recommend visiting Pantheon (it’s a must).

Provider texted me that he was caught in a traffic jam, but he texted me the tickets. This worked very well and we got immediately into the Pantheon.

Make sure you get the secret pass code if you want to listen to the adió tour it was pretty disappointing not being able to get any information about the place once inside cell reception is not good

Bring water and snacks if you’re diabetic. Can be very warm and crowded. Ask for Christine for a guide

This is ok as long as you meet with the ticket man first. If you queue thinking the download is enough it isn't. Head to where it states and look for the vendor next to the telephone box you will find him there

Guide didn’t show up it was a mess trying to redeem our which I already paid for I won’t book with viator again

It was good to purchase vouchers ahead of time. Also, good to know that timed entry is good for a one hour window. While there are a lot of people waiting to enter, having vouchers was MUCH faster. An hour to 75 minutes seems like enough time to carefully experience the whole building.
