While the actual driver was great the customer service representative Gian Paola was incredibly rude! Very disrespectful, angeimen, and was not helpful at all! He needs training in professionalism asap if he is to continue working for the company.
Lorenzo posocca was a great tour. He was very informative and courteous. He was also patient with my husband, he is handicapped.

Easy to find driver. Holding sign right outside baggage claim. Vehicle was larger than expected. Driver was very helpful with luggage. Also called ahead to hotel to have someone meet us since vehicles were not allowed on street in front of hotel. Great experience.
Enjoyed the private ride from the airport to our Rome hotel. We had a lot of luggage and Roberto helped with it.
