From beginning to end the tour was just amazing, fun and relaxing. The food and drink was nice, and the onboard staff were very attentive, fun and professional. Would definately recommend this tour to everyone. As a matter of fact, i'm going again this weekend

Extremely disappointing afternoon tea bus experience. The bus was not working properly, and we were left sitting on the bus for over an hour waiting for another bus to arrive. This completely disrupted the experience and meant we spent a significant amount of our booked time sitting stationary rather than actually enjoying afternoon tea while travelling around and seeing London. The delay also caused us to run late for the next activity we had planned, which was particularly frustrating as we had organised our day around the advertised duration of the experience. I appreciate that mechanical issues can happen, but the way this was handled meant we simply did not receive the experience we paid for. What should have been a relaxing afternoon exploring London with afternoon tea turned into a long and frustrating wait.

So worth it! Really fun activity with excellent food. Was happy to see savory sandwiches as well as sweet tea treats. Super clean bus and friendly staff. Booked to give husband's feet a rest and enjoyed this tour very much!

Our Afternoon Tea Bus Rooftop Tour was a fun and unique experience, but unfortunately, I don’t feel it was fully worth the price compared with some of the other tours we’ve experienced. One of the biggest concerns was regarding a nut allergy within our group. We notified the tour ahead of time, and while a nut-free item was provided, it was placed on the same plate alongside items containing nuts. This made the accommodation feel less reassuring than it should have been. When someone has a serious allergy, I would expect the alternative food to be clearly separated to help prevent any possibility of cross-contact. The tour itself was interesting, but the narration felt somewhat impersonal, almost like listening to a computerized or AI-generated voice rather than having a more engaging live guide. That took away a little from what could have been a more immersive sightseeing experience. The staff and people working on the bus were polite, pleasant, and cordial, and we had no issues with their demeanor. However, the service didn’t feel particularly above and beyond, especially considering the price point. Overall, I’m glad we experienced it because it was something different and gave us the opportunity to see London from another perspective. However, for us, it was more of a “once and done” experience rather than something we would rave about or necessarily recommend as a must-do. It was enjoyable, but when considering the cost, the food, the allergy accommodation, the style of narration, and the overall level of service, I don’t feel the experience delivered enough to justify the price compared with other tours available in London

Fun, lively and delicious sandwiches and treats on board the afternoon tea bus! Was definitely a fun way to enjoy tea and a tour of the city!

We did this afternnon tea tour to finish off our trip to London. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to make sure that happy . This is a great way to sit back and enjoy the sights of London. I would highly recommend this experience. This was the perfect finish to a great trup to London . Thank you for a great exoeruence

Wow! What a fantastic 2 hours we had. I had friends over from Canada so booked the upper deck, front seats panoramic view seats. It was just the best. The host & driver were fantastic & so professional, and. Wry welcoming. Our Prosecco was served first. & not a tiny glass but a large one which started us off with much excitement. Once the tour started we ate our afternoon tea which was delicious - the bread was so soft & fresh. We had tea of our choice in our keepsake mugs which are lovely. ABBA played gently in the background & everyone on the top deck were singing away & were having a great time. Our host poured more prosecco to those who wanted a top up which was an added surprise, only downside here was no extra tea was offered which was a shame as after all, it is afternoon tea. My friends do not drink & could really have done with a second cup of tea. Please review this Goldrn Tours. Once we’d almost arrived back ‘Sweet Caroline’ came on & the entire bus broke into song - it was epic & made our day. All in all I would definitely do this again - it was money well spent & we saw all of the important sights of London - fantastic, attentive host and brilliant calm driver - well done & thank you x

My family and I had a brilliant experience with Golden Tours. I had to move the date twice due to health problems, and the changes were done quick, fuss-free and by people who actually understood what I was asking. The Afternoon Tea bus is gorgeous, so well looked after, clean, everything very safe and no plates slipping on us as we were scared it would happen. The driver was smooth and the hostess Sunmi was the sweetest! My parents had the regular afternoon tea and my fiance and I had the vegan one. The vegan sandwiches were so good! Way better than we expected! The sweets were great too, it surprised us that the vegan version was as good as the Omni version. The route is beautiful and I can’t recommend it enough.

Easy to find after good communication about pre orders with company. Impressed with the look on the outside and inside of the bus. Friendly hostess, driver etc. standard of food was excellent, plenty of it and well presented. My only disappointment was that there was no announcements, guide or hint as to where we were, what we were passing etc, luckily my daughter who was with me is quite familiar with London landmarks but others may not be so lucky,
