Amazing and classic experience on an original London bus. Azucena and Ardi were awesome Hosts. The bus gives you a real experience with amazing views. The food is the best. Adding the Prosecco was a great idea. All the guests were very friendly. Best 90 mins. You see all the sites in London Victoria and through Westminster and more
Great experience with very good food especially the scones. Great way to see the sights and have a lovely afternoon tea at the same time We booked the seats at the front upstairs for the best view and had an optional extra glass of fizz Downside, due to pick up location, using a toilet was difficult
Swag Snacky snacks and terrific tea. Little bumpy but totally manageable. Bring your camera to make some memories
Most enjoyable experience for my birthday with my daughter and granddaughter who said it was the 2nd best experience she had ever had. Nadiya and Taiwo were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They even gave out boxes for any food you couldn't eat so you could take it home plus you get to keep the thermal cup which your drink is served in. Lovely food and interesting tour at the same time. Thank you. Would recommend.
This was a unique experience for us. We weren't sure what to expect but turned out to be a lovely outing, great music! Friendly staff. Sadly for us, we just came from eating our way through Borough Market so we did not eat all of the food available, but what we did eat, was very good. I would recommend for anyone looking for something a little different. They give you a souvenir takeaway cup which was cute. My only comment was the speakers need to be upgraded; it was hard to hear the description as were were going past famous sites -- the music we could hear no problem! I would recommend if you're looking for an afternoon tea without the high end prices.
Unfortunately, this tour was a big disappointment due to unintelligible audio which negated any aspect of a 'guided' journey. The food was meh. Nice to receive a travel 'sippy cup' for the ride, as it was so rough and vibrating that anything else would have spilt right away. So we basically rode around in an old, loud bus in heavy traffic for 90 minutes. I learned virtually nothing about the city---could only make out a date or name here or there....oh wait...I did hear that Harrods uses lots of lightbulbs. Gee. How 'interesting' 🙄🙄 I will note that the staff were kind. Use your money instead for a properly narrated bus tour (with a headset for audio) and a proper sit down tea in a nice shop with a real teapot and cup and saucer. Because this 'combo' is not worth your money.

Our experience is advertised on our official website as a London sightseeing bus tour aboard a genuine 1960s Routemaster, with afternoon tea and recorded guide commentary. Nowhere on our official website do we describe the Classic tour as a live-guided sightseeing tour or promise individual headsets. The commentary is complimentary and intended to accompany the sightseeing and the afternoon tea tasting. We’re also rather fond of the fact that our Routemaster is, well... a Routemaster! It is a genuine piece of London transport history, and the engine noise, movement and occasional bumps are the charms of travelling aboard a lovingly preserved 1960s bus. We appreciate that this will not offer the same level of comfort as a modern sightseeing coach, but giving these historic buses a second life is very much at the heart of what we do. We’re sorry that you found the commentary difficult to hear. Had this been brought to our attention during the journey, our team would have been very happy to turn up the volume or provide a guidebook so that you could enjoy the sightseeing. Unfortunately, once a tour has finished, there is understandably very little we can do to resolve an issue that we were not given the opportunity to address at the time. The afternoon tea menu is also available to view before booking, so guests can see what is included in the experience. We’re sorry that the food did not meet your personal expectations, although we’re glad our little travel cup proved useful during your journey around London! We went on a tour in the 14th of September 2026 14.30. The food and drinks where really good, a good route and the two servers where really nice and helpful. But I think the driver had a bathroom emergency. Racing the whole way. Hard stops and quick acceleration all the way. Ended up getting car sick. We have been on the same tour before, and the experience that time was great. I hope you can please focus on having a smooth ride or giving the driver more time to finish the tour so he don't need to rush.

What a lovely experience! An amazing afternoon tea with savories that were just delicious and a good selection of cakes. A wide variety of teas, the summer iced specials were so yummy! It lasted around 1.5 hours which was perfect, got good views around London with a guided tour being played through the speakers with music intercepted. Our waiters Azucena and Taiwo were super lovely and happy to give us more tea when requested. We used a discount code so was definitely worth the price, but would do it again and pay the full amount. We sat downstairs for which would have cost £45 and the views were still amazing (although got some funny looks from others driving past😂)

Really really cute experience with lovely food, wide range of hot drinks, and friendly service. Very smiley and welcoming waitresses (Nadiya and Nimata) who gave my friend a little gift and got everyone to sing happy birthday to her! The tour itself takes in lots of good highlights but the recorded commentary is very, very entry level - for an absolute first-timer to London. The VIP seats are pricey considering you just sit in the front seat - no need to pay extra for them. Overall we had a really nice time and would recommend for a special occasion.

I took my mum on the traditional afternoon tea bus tour. It was lovely. The food was amazing and a great variety of drinks to choose from too. We sat VIP at the front top deck, the tour round London was great, lovely to see it all from a different point of view while enjoying the food and drinks. The decor in tbe bus was beautiful and our server Nimata was great. Would highly recommend either as a family or a couple. It is very reasonable priced and 90 minuest was the reasonable length of time for tbe tour.
