I would NOT describe this as a tour. I would describe it as a bus ride to the site because you were dropped off by the tour guide and she leaves, then returns to pick you up at 5 PM. You were left on your own to rent the earphones which direct you at the tour site. The better tour guides had microphones they spoke into and you could hear what they were saying with earplugs. So no, I was rather disappointed with this tour. I would not book it again.

Be prepared for Lots of walking so wear comfortable shoes. The gardens are lovely. The palace tour was fantastic!

Ride there was good, its audio guide only. It costs a lot to do everything on your own. Don’t waste your time on a full day as it’s not worth it, especially mid summer. If you can buy the ticket yourself, go that way.

This was a good excursion. Our guide, Beatrice, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Her instructions were very clear as to pick up times and a phone number was offered in case of emergency. The half day tour was more than enough time to see the palace and gardens. I would recommend spring or fall more than summer, as it was very hot.

All you are getting is a bus ride and ticket! You may think you're getting a tour guide, but as mentioned before don't be surprised.

Misleading advertising. In the title of the tour they promote it says: From Paris: Palace and gardens of Versailles with transport Palace and Gardens Half Day Trip Duration: 5.5 a.m. English With the unpleasant surprise that when we arrived at the offices of get your guide we found out that in the small print it said that the tour was with audio guide. That is, for 3 people I paid for a transport, entrance to the palace of Versailles and access to an audio guide application. Basically it was an entrance without any guide, with an audio guide that did not match the numbers of each gallery. Definitely that fee is high, not worth it, it would have been the same to arrive on our own, even better, accessing an audio guide of the palace itself where the numbers of the galleries if it matches. The experience becomes worse, because when you return to the meeting point, at the agreed time: 2pm, we had to wait a few minutes, the group manager, a woman who identified herself as Salome told my father that it was disrespectful because he asked that because we were waiting for people who had not arrived on time. Which I find rather disrespectful to people who did arrive early having to wait for those irresponsible who arrived later. Finally Mrs. Salome, at 2:05pm, leads the group to the bus, and says to my father (an elderly gentleman): Let's go crazy guy! Even more disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend this agency to get your guide.

Palace and gardens well worth the visit. As far as the experience it was just a ride out there with little to no information.

Great way to visit Versailles !! Bus was clean and on time, host was super nice. Palace is so huge and beautiful! Loved it !

Great way to get to Versailles. Would recommend renting an audio tour from the Palace, as the app from the tour operator was very amateur. The points of interest were not numbered on the map so was very awkward to use.

Lots of walking. Take a water bottle with you. If it was crowded in May, I wouldn’t go in July or August.
