Terrible communication, bus driver failed to pick the whole group up from last stop. Had to Uber back to office. Manager hung upon us 3 times. Never offered to compensate for Uber.

Do not book with this company. Highly unprofessional and unorganized. Tour left over 45 minutes late. Then stranded a group of us when the bus never picked us back up! When we called the office to find out when the bus was coming, they told us to call back in 10 minutes. Then, close the office and quit taking phone calls. When we returned via Uber to the office the door was locked, but we could clearly see employees at the counter, who told us they'd be with us in a moment, then, sprinted into the back room, shut off the lights and disappeared. The tour itself was okay. There was no air conditioning in the lower level of the bus. There were broken windows and it was dirty. The tour guide did their best, but it was very difficult to hear. And english was clearly not their first language. Do not book with this company.

Driver was more focus on taking us to his friends places for drinks and food. No clear direction to board the cruise.

Absolutely horrible experience. Our tour was supposed to leave at 1:00 p.m., and at 2:15 p.m., we were still waiting. There were no apologies or explanations—just yelling, cursing, and complete chaos. We eventually decided to leave. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Negative five stars!

Interesting sites, but we were on top and could hardly hear the guide. Also, everyone on top many times had to duck due to low tree branches were were driving under.

being dropped off at Bayside we were marched off through the underground carpark and rushed up to a restaurant. Told that the boat was down the bottom of the stairs outside. The boat was not there and we asked a crew member is this our boat to be told no it was over the other side of the marina. back from the boat trip we had trouble finding the flags for the pickup but were told our buss didn't pick up from there. time was now short and by shear luck I spoke to a ticket information man who was able to help us. He escorted us out of the complex to where the coach was going to pick us up. As an 86 yr old and my wife 75 yr old needing a walking stick we were not happy with the lack of clear instructions.

The bus tour was perfect, saw and learned alot. The water taxi was not as great we were tokd to wait/check in 15 min before 1pm yet the water taxi didnt arrive until it was time to leave.

Our tour supposed to include a boat tour but they cancelled the boat ride without telling us about the cancellation. We waited for 2 hours for the boat that never show up.We had to buy another boat ride which cost us another $57. The front desk shows no urgency to the people in line about the tour. I hear them behind talking in the but noone is coming to out to tend the customer in front. Upon learning from other boat tour provider, they dont pay the boats giving their the rides.

The tour was fun and informative, gave us areas of where we wanted to go back and spend more time during our visit.

This bus trip should be done on the first day of getting to Miami Beach. It gives you a good sneak peek to a place you want to go back again and spend more time on.
