A useful tour to get an overview of miami and the most interesting neighborhoods when you have little time on your hands. Also enjoyable is the taxiboat tour of the bay and view of the homes of millionaires. Guide prepared , helpful and friendly

Manuel was exceptional good tour guide. Have a great knowledge about Miami. Explaining everything about the places we see. Also talk about the history and customs of these places we visited. I learn a lot on this tour. Also the water taxi have very good explaining what we see as we go. Excelente trip to see in a short time everything about Miami.

The tour starts from Miami beach and ends in Biscayne bay. They guide us inside out of Miami with details. The tour also includes optional boat tour.

Manuel was a perfect guide who explained and showed us everything in English and Spanish. Plenty of time for photos. Everything suitably backed with the appropriate music. This small group tour is 100% better than hop on hop off which works differently in miami anyway. ABSolut recommended!!!

The tour was cancelled the night before, which I understand, but the communication has been terrible concerning refunding me.
We would like to clarify that the refund was processed immediately after the scheduled tour time passed, as per our cancellation policy. At this point, the funds have already been released from our side and are now being handled by Viator. You should see the refund in your account as soon as Viator completes their standard processing time and confirms the transaction. Our guide and driver Mr Henry was good and informative. Quick and nice trip around the city. Wish the stops are more longer to explore around. Enjoyed the Boat trip too..

We had a nice time during the city tour. Harry was very knowledge & showed us all around Miami. The boat part of the tour was terrible. The packed us in like sardines & The speaker was broken, so we could not hear a word the guide said. Definitely a waste of money & time for that portion.
