We're sorry to learn you were disappointed with your tour! This tour covers 50 miles and 7 neighborhoods and usually stops at the Ballard Locks. We don't guarantee any sights specifically as there are variables that can alter the route from day to day, and unfortunately the bathrooms at the Locks were closed the day of your tour. As this stop doubles as a necessary restroom stop, we opted to stop at Fisherman's Terminal in place the day of your tour to allow guests a restroom opportunity. We'd be happy to have you back on board the next time you're in town and get you out to the locks!

Recommended for before a cruise.
Complete panoramic view of the city in a few hours with subsequent transfer to the port. Very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly guide

Chad was wonderful friendly and knowledgeable of Seattle ! He showed us some really cool spots pick up and dropped us off on time for our cruise !! Highly reccomend before your cruise !

Perfect Pre-Cruise Easy-paced Adventure
Reliable. Information-rich. Safe for solo travelers. Tour guide was very hospitable and made good use of time. We made stops along the way to take in sights, stretch, and grab beverages and bite at local favorite spots. Stress-free hotel pickup too!

Incredible tour before Cruise!
Great experience! Paul was a spectacular guide around Seattle and we learned so much history!
He dropped us right off at the cruise terminal at the end, which was so convenient!

Nice overview and lots to experience.
Very well done tour. Lots of interesting things around town and we visited all around town. The salmon ladder and display at the locks was fascinating. Visit to Starbucks headquarters was a fun sidelight. Paul had an insider's view and he was happy to tell us all about Seattle. Hope to come back and explore more on our own.

Excellent!!
We had an excellent tour. Wish we had more time but we saw a lot. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We all had a great time!! We booked the pre-cruise tour and got to the ship in plenty of time to board.

Great trip
Very informative and very friendly highly recommend walked with us at the stops. Drove slow enough to get pictures. Talked the whole time.
