We loved this day tour! We got the most amazing views whilst getting to the island to snorkel, paddle or swim which were all incredible. The team made it fun and memorable + the food was great. I highly recommend booking!

Booked this to take up time between ship debarkation and flight. Worked out perfectly. Bought a day pass at a resort to store luggage that was one of their pickup points. Bus was on time and dropped us at marina to get wristbands. Then we waited for ride and slide to be called. Once on catamaran, the crew was amazing. Sodas, water, beer and wine included. Went to first stop to snorkle. Many varieties of corral and fish. On the way to 2nd stop we were given a light gourmet meal and more beverages. Upon arrival to island once anchored, you could snorkel, swim to beach , or ride in an inflatable boat. Bean bags, beach chairs, and hammock swings were abundant. You could also snorkel , kayak, swim or just relax. Crew was attentative to your every need. They even bought drinks over from the anchored catamaran. We rode the kayak back and slid down the inflatable slide and jumped off your top deck several times. So much fun. While they were packing up the slide, we were offered brownies and chips and more beverages. On the ride back to marina, we were entertained by a crew member with his guitar for a sing-a-long. We got back to marina in enough time to shop a little before hopping back on the bus to return to the resort. Logistics were perfect . We had just did a 13 day cruise from Tahiti to Fiji with many stops in between. I can say that of all the excursions I did (including 3 snorkels) this was my favorite activity. Highly recommend South Sea Cats if you are looking for a 1/2 day activity.

This is a great excursion and I strongly recommend it. My husband and I did it on our last day of our trip and were so happy we did. The staff/crew are fantastic. They clearly set expectations and what the plan is for the day and want everyone to have a blast. They were awesome with the kids. The snacks are good and they provided yummy wine and beer for adults, plus sodas and water. And they aren't stingy with any of it. It takes a lot for me to recommend an excursion because we travel/do/see so much. This is a must, even for adults.

We had an awesome time with Ride and Slide. From start to finish, this awesome experience was fun, exciting and incredibly well organised, the staff were friendly, professional and safe throughout the day. The slide was a absolute blast,the snorkelling and beautiful scenery made the experience even more memorable. Everything was run smoothly and you could tell the team genuinely cares about their guests having a great time. If you're looking for adventure, fun and unforgettable memories while in Fiji I highly recommend Ride and Slide. We can't wait to come back and do it again. Thanks again

Great half day trip with the family (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 and 4). Easy pick up from Denarau hotel (on time - not Fiji time!) Given this was a newish offering from South Sea, there was only 3 groups on the trip, we were the only ones with kids but the staff made the snorkling and South Sea Cay stop extra memorable!

Amazing experience and the crew were so lovely and boy can they sing! We unfortunately had a bit of rain but still really enjoyed our trip. The snorkeling was great and water so clear and warm.

Do it, you won't regret it. Unless you can't swim.

Me and my wife booked the “Ultimate Snorkelling Trip – Ride & Slide by South Sea Cruises”, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences of our entire Fiji holiday. From the moment we stepped onto the boat until the very end of the trip, we felt nothing but warmth, happiness, care, and genuine hospitality from the entire crew. What made this trip truly special was not just the beautiful ocean, snorkelling, food, or activities — it was the people. The crew did not feel like staff at all; they felt like one big loving family, and somehow they made every single guest feel like part of that family too. The entire 4.5 hours passed so quickly that we genuinely wished the trip could continue longer because we simply did not want it to end. A very special mention to Mr. Api - what an amazing human being. From the very beginning, he welcomed everyone with such warmth, kindness, and positive energy. He explained the full schedule so clearly and throughout the trip he constantly checked on everyone to make sure all guests were safe, comfortable, and enjoying themselves. Whether we were in the water snorkelling or relaxing on the boat, he was always making sure everyone was looked after. Even while serving food and drinks, he did it with so much affection and care that it truly touched us. Thank you so much, Api it was an absolute pleasure meeting you. Mr. George was another absolute star of the trip. He guided us during snorkelling, and the way he looked after us made us feel completely safe and comfortable in the water. He treated us with so much patience and kindness, almost as if this was a private trip designed just for us. Thanks to him, we experienced the breathtaking underwater world in the best possible way. He showed us the most beautiful spots, filled with stunning corals and incredible colours, and made sure we didn’t miss a thing. We honestly cannot thank him enough for such a memorable experience. And of course, Captain Freddy deserves a huge thank you as well. He safely guided us throughout the journey with such professionalism while also keeping the atmosphere fun and lively the whole time. His smile, humour, and positive energy added so much joy to the trip. I also want to apologise because I unfortunately cannot remember the names of the other two amazing crew members (my bad!), but they were equally wonderful and friendly. Both of them along with my wife planned and tried to push me down the slide and almost succeeded too! 😂 Their fun nature and playful attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was genuinely one of the best experiences we had in Fiji. Meeting such wonderful crew members and sharing the trip with so many lovely families from different parts of the world made it even more special. We came back with beautiful memories, lots of laughter, and hearts full of happiness. To anyone travelling to Fiji this trip is an absolute must. We would recommend it without hesitation. Did the ride & slide. Was fantastic. Kids had a ball, especially on the inflatable slide. Crew were amazing and friendly. Food was perfect.
