We were picked up at the airport by Will who was waiting for us in arrivals. He was very friendly and provided us with very helpful information about things to do and see. We were unsure about certain things like where to get a train and he gave us all the information we needed.
Our driver Barttomiej was absolutely brilliant. So helpful and friendly. Excellent service. Unfortunately my suitcase never arrived in Krakow and he was telling us where to go to buy clothes etc!
When booking this transfer it does not ask you for the time you require to be picked up. Asks you for your flight number. We had no communication from the transfer at all. I sent various messages to the actual company it was booked with and no response. I then had to speak with Viator, who did respond. The morning of the transfer the taxi did not turn up. We had to order another taxi from the hotel reception. Once we arrived at airport we received a WhatsApp message from this company asking did we need picked up and what time... Abit late for that!!!

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Krakow Direct transfer service from Krakow Airport to our hotel. The driver was waiting outside the gate with a sign with our name on it, and took us to a very clean, comfortable and modern large van, with plenty of room for our many suitcases. The drive was safe and comfortable, with the driver speaking perfect English and answering any of our questions (we had a lot!) Our return to the airport was equally smooth, as the driver was courteous and professional by coming into the Hotel lobby to collect us and helping us with our bags into the van. We would definitely recommend Krakow Direct Transfer Service to take all the hassle and stress out of your visit to Krakow. The drivers are professional, punctual and safe - and did I mention they are also very handsome!

Edited review after receiving a refund I understand things can go wrong and receiving a refund is a good thing they have done Didn’t make contact after the booking confirmation i Tried calling the office several times due to our flight been slightly delayed 20 mins but unable to get intouch with anyone normally the taxi arrived and messages direct to confirm he was there but no contact Spoke to a representative peter and he said the driver should have messaged Ended up paying double with a fake taxi

We were 6 couples on a 5 day trip to Krakow. Very great service with two Mercedes V clas, from the airport, and on day trip to Zakopane. Very friendly and professional drivers. Everyone was very impressed. My seventh visit to this city, and absolutely best transportation to and from the airport at an affordable price. Will also use these next visit.

Due to a flight change I had to rearrange our pickup from the airport. I emailed and my request was dealt with promptly with a confirmation. I received a call from Andy to tell us where he was located and we were on our way. Very smart and polite. Thank you for a great transfer.
We had two very different experiences with Krakow Direct. The frist one was an excursion to the Saltmine 18.10.23 in the afternoon. Unfortunately I can’t remember the drivers name but it was something with “Jero”. He was a brilliant driver. So helpful, so nice a driver, a very good organizer and he just made the whole bus laugh and smile. Wish everybody to meet him at an excursion sooner or later. The next meeting with Krakow Direct was when we booked a taxi to the airport through Booking.com. At the 19.10.23 08.35 the driver came 5 minutes late and did park at another street (although in walking distance too the hotel). He was rude, unfriendly and left us at the street with the words: “Why should I help you”. The reason for that was, that we had not stated that we had a little girl with us (actually we had two smaller girls but he only pointed out the smallest was the problem). When we made the booking through Booking.com we could not state that we were 6 adults and 2 children. We could only book a taxi for 8 Pers. When we pointed that out he said that it was our own problem, and we should know the taxilaw before travel to Polen 🤦🏼♀️ OMG. As explained to him, we did not know, we need to go to the aiport and we came with a similar ride from the airport to Krakow a couple of days before without this was an issue or even was something that was mentioned. Also we was at an excursion the day before with Krakow Direct as mentioned without this was an issue, so how should we know and what should we have done if we could not mention it in the booking? He answered that there were different rules for the type og transport and again that we should know the taxilaw. We were confused and did not know what to do. We asked him to help us, but he left us at the street with the words that it was not his problem and asked us again why he should help us. I don’t know his name but have his phone no. and license plate.
