Booked a private transfer from the airport to our accommodation a couple of months in advance. Unfortunately when the driver met us at the airport he said because our flight was delayed by half an hour, and he had another transfer in 15 minutes, he wouldn’t be able to take us. He walked us out to the taxi rank and just said we’d have to take one of those.
1 star for the fact you can book without advance payment and 1 for at least turning up, though I imagine if we were any further delayed he would have left.

In situations where multiple transfers are scheduled closely together, slight flight delays can sometimes make it difficult to adjust without impacting other guests. On this occasion, the driver had a subsequent booking with a tight schedule, and the decision was made on the spot to ensure those passengers were also accommodated on time. However, we understand that this resulted in you needing to take a taxi instead, which is not the experience we aim to provide.

Dismal attention
They changed the departure time of the flight and although we notified them 1 day in advance to modify the pickup time they did not want to change it.

Don't bother - useless!
Driver was 20 minutes late to pick us from the airport then arrived and paid a local taxi on the rank outside to take us to our hotel for a fraction of what I’d paid.

The first driver who took us to our hotel, I forgot his name, was very welcoming. Michael, the driver who took us back to the airport at the end of our trip was super!
