Our driver was right on time to pick us up at our hotel and very professional. The van was spotless and comfortable, and he was very helpful with our luggage. It made for a smooth, stress-free ride to the airport. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for reliable transportation!

Excellent taxi company, very helpful and good communication
I initially booked this company to collect our party of 6 from Krakow airport and then drop us at our Airbnb in the outskirts of Krakow.
As soon as we got off the plane and airplane mode was switched off, I received a message from the driver to tell me where he would be waiting and what vehicle would be collecting us.
Due to their efficiency and good communication, we used this taxi company of numerous other occasions during our stay.
Due to an disastrous error on my part at the end of our stay, when I realised we had to be a Katowice airport instead of Krakow, this company went out of their way to come and collect us immediately and get us safely to the right airport in time to meet our flight.
All of the drivers we dealt with were helpful, polite and courteous.
Thank you very much Taxi Bus Krakow - was a pleasure dealing with you.

Great!
Great company, driver called to keep me updated with his ETA at 4.30 this morning, lovely guy, great music, fab trip from the Polonia hotel to Krakow Airport. Hoping to revisit Krakow next year, will certainly use Taxi Bus again.
Thank you for the perfect end to our break 🥰
