ロサンゼルス：オープントップバスで乗り降り自由の観光ツアー

Audio didn't work on first bus. Waited 45 mins at first stop before bus arrived. Changed to 2nd loop and audio worked but bus service stopped at 5:00 pm and left me at furtherest point from my hotel. Had to arrange my own transportation via rail. Started at 2 pm, made 1/2 of each loop.

A real scam – catastrophic organization. Truly deplorable experience with Big Bus Tours Los Angeles. The app does not indicate the real-time position of the buses: it announced the arrival of a bus that, in the end, never came. As a result, we missed it and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. The operation of the blue line is just as unacceptable. It is presented as a loop, but the bus stopped us in Beverly Hills for an hour, without any prior information. The driver just left for his lunch break even though the service had started at 10:15 AM! We had already encountered the same problem the day before: unreliable schedules, buses announced but absent, and no communication. When you pay for such an expensive tourist ticket, you expect an organized and transparent service. Here, we mostly wasted a huge amount of time during our days of sightseeing. Frankly, this service is very poorly organized, misleading, and way too expensive for what it offers. I strongly advise against Big Bus Tours Los Angeles.

This was pretty good. We didn’t do this until the end of our trip and it was great. It was way better to do at night because everything has lights on and beautiful. You even get a headphone set to personally hear the tour guide recording. A pretty good way to end the night and trip all around. I would recommend it to anyone who visits from out of town.

This is the second year we’ve used the hop on/off bus tours. I absolutely recommend it for LA, you can see everything and learn at the same time with your headphones and stories. Excellent value way to tour LA

First time on the bus tour. Had a great time. The tour guide was great and very funny and informative. Scared me out of my seat, but definitely would do again.

Thoroughly enjoyable tour with Jason, our driver. He was never knowledgeable, friendly, chatty, and funny. My wife and I are visiting from Northern Ireland, we both enjoyed the craic, very much, I highly recommend this tour.

Tour Guide Jason was excellent

Upstairs hot in summer and no cover. The commentary is not as good as others I've experienced and it's out of date, one comment said a construction should be finished in 2023. So at least 4 years out of date.

This is a complete waste of time and money. The buses only come by every 45 minutes and run between 10-4:30. There are 18 stops so not much hopping off you can do. Further, we caught the bus on the beach loop and I got several different answers as to when the last bus would leave for our stop. We ended up sitting on the side of the road for a hour waiting for the last bus, which only took us to within 2 miles of our car, leaving us to walk the rest. This is the second poor experience I’ve had on the Big Bus and I will never book another.
