ギャラリー ウォークの頂上にあるタンボリン マウンテン蒸留所に立ち寄ります。ここでテイスティングを楽しんだり、ギャラリー ウォーク沿いにある 75 以上の専門店でゆっくり買い物をしたりすることができます。
立ち止まって、シーニック リムの景色をお楽しみください。また、天気が良ければここからパラグライダーやハングライダーを見るチャンスもあります。
山のこの部分にある滝や地元のお店まで、ゆっくりとした散歩をお楽しみください。
コルドロン蒸留所に立ち寄り、カクテルやジンのテイスティングを楽しんだり、ただ広大な敷地で日光浴をしたり、ブドウ畑を散歩したりするために 2 時間滞在します。

My daughter Simone found it, fantastic the guide Anthony was so kind and helpful to everyone. I can not prise him enough took me on places that i wouldn’t do my self. Thank you Anthony and Michelle for picking me up and dropping me off safe and sound. Many many thanks.
Great day out. Antony was exceptionally friendly and fun. Lots of stories and interesting local information. Suited us fine but some people may not like the casual nature of the “hop on, hop off”. Our fellow travellers were all lovely so worked out fine but could have been tricky if you wanted to do specific things at certain times. You will enjoy this if you’re happy to go with the flow and see how the day takes you. Mount Tambourine is really beautiful and definitely worth a day trip.
We had the most amazing day we can highly recommend. We were so lucky to have Anthony as our guide he was absolutely brilliant so knowledgeable. He made our day and he is a credit to pineapple tours. thank you cannot wait to do another tour.
this is a great way to get to and from tambourine mountain but it is not a true hop on hop off experience. You need to choose 3 attractions. Also when I booked it was not clear that i could have booked a wine tour or paid for the glow worm tour.. I was very happy that we were able to get picked up from the JW marriott gold coast resort although it wasn’t on the hotel list
Thank you for your comments, you are correct, it's not a traditional Hop On Hop Off - we are in the thinking of changing the name as it is confusing - it's more of a 'tour on demand'. Now you've done the tour, any suggestions for names? We'll give you naming rights.!! :)
Lovely tour guide and good transport. Activities are not included and can be bought separately, for example the sky walk and glow worm cave.
Anthony seemed a bit flustered initially but it turned out to be a great tour. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I did Glow worms, Skywalk, Curtis Falls and Lookout all in plenty of time with no hanging about and great commentary from Anthony when appropriate . Would highly recommend and Plenty of Reasons to be Cheerful. Really enjoyed the day
The company could really improve with clearer communication. At the start, we were handed a laminated map but given no guidance about what to see, how the timetable worked, or how to make the most of the day. Because of the disorganisation, it was after 11am before we even managed to see or do anything. When we got off the bus, the first question was “What do you want to do?”—but we had no idea what the options were or how it all worked. We said the falls, so they took us there, only for us to be told its better to start with the treetop walk. It wasn’t just us who were confused. Another couple became so worried about not getting picked up that they started walking in the heat. The staff clearly mean well, and they do want everyone to have a good time, but for a paid tour this level of confusion just isn’t good enough. With better communication and structure, the experience could be much better. As it stands, hiring a car would have been the easier option.

Clear guidance at the beginning of the experience is important, and our drivers are expected to explain how the Hop On Hop Off service works, what the options are, and how to plan the day. It appears that briefing was not delivered as well as it should have been, and we will address this immediately. For clarity, our service does not operate as a fixed group tour and we do not have an itinerary. Guests are free to choose any attraction at any time, and the driver will collect them wherever they are. There is no requirement to stay with other passengers or follow a group plan. There is also no need for anyone to walk long distances or worry about being left behind, this is completely unwarranted. We send a confirmation text via Whatsapp so there is a direct communication line with our office and If any guest is unsure or needs assistance, the driver is always available to guide them. Tamborine Mountain offers a large number of wineries, distilleries, walks, galleries, cafes and attractions. For first-time visitors, choosing where to begin can take a moment, especially if the day is hot or busy. The driver was correct in recommending that you start with the Treetop Walk, as it operates on fixed entry times and can take a significant portion of the morning. Completing this first helps ensure you do not miss out and allows the rest of the afternoon to be spent at a more relaxed pace with the other activities. We are currently improving our maps, recommendations and verbal explanations so that guests can make decisions quickly and feel confident about how the day will run. We had an amazing experience, there were a few things that were disorganized and can be improved on, but it was nothing that negatively impacted our experience.
The experience was terrible. Was advised of pickup at 9.10am but was 9.30. No commentary from driver at all. Arrived Mt Tamborine and was told ‘I’m only the driver, tell me what you want to do’ He talked as if you were familiar with the place but as a first visitor I had no idea what to do. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing either.

Regarding the delayed pickup, traffic in the city can occasionally cause timing issues, particularly during peak periods. We send a confirmation text to every guest the evening before so that we can communicate directly about any changes or delays and ensure everyone is kept informed. I would also like to clarify that the driver on your tour has been with us for more than ten years. He knows the mountain extremely well and is very familiar with every attraction, route and timing requirement. When he asks guests whether they have a plan, it is simply to understand whether you prefer to follow your own itinerary or would like recommendations from him. Many guests arrive with specific places they want to prioritise, while others prefer suggestions. He is always able to provide information, guidance and local knowledge, however the experience does rely on a basic level of communication and courtesy between guests and staff so that he can understand your preferences and assist accordingly. Our service is a flexible Hop On Hop Off model rather than a structured guided tour. This means you decide which attractions you want to visit and how long you would like to spend at each location. If more explanation was needed about how the service works, that is something we will reinforce with the team so that all guests feel fully supported from the moment they board.
