Great experience. Church was only open to tours and closed to general public so we lucked out with considerably less crowds. Very knowledgeable guide and patient as it was 94-95°
Great tour. Guide was so knowledgable. Great to skip the massive queues. Got to see many aspects of Duomo. Amazing views from the top
Fantastic 3 hr tour with Yulia (sp?). She was very knowledgeable and led us through the museum, cathedral and the 450ish steps to the top of the Duomo for the most spectacular 360 views of Florence. Highly recommend the morning time slot. Bring a bottle of water and bring comfortable shoes. Once you're committed to climbing the stairs, you're committed. It's single file and one way!
Fantastic afternoon with Yulia (sp?) which included a tour of the museum, cathedral, and a climb to the top of the Duomo. Amazing views and fascinating information provided by the tour guide. We greatly appreciated the skip-the-line aspect of the tour as the lines were very long. Yulia did a great job we highly recommend her and this tour.
We had a wonderful morning exploring the Duomo, the cathedral, and the museum. We climbed Brunelleschi’s Dome and it’s a really incredible journey upward, honestly not bad at all. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The frescos are amazing. The views of the city….
The early morning tour is great. Being there for the unlocking and getting to be inside before the crowds was great. The guide was knowledgeable and listened to any concerna.about the climb and was able to help address those for a success climb to the dome!

I really liked the way my guide gave us the history of all the different museums ands also recommended other things to see. She was great!
The skip the line was definitely worth it instead of waiting in the baking sun. Our Sandra was very descriptive in the entire tour.
Do not trust this experience. The local company are fraudsters. They changed the meeting location from what was listed on the Viator app and then blamed us for not meeting them on time after trying to chase them all around the city. And when I dared ask for a refund of the $700 I paid, they laughed. Viator was also no help at all. They said the local operator refused the refund and that was that. Save your money and dont get scammed!
