Roberta was an energetic, knowledgeable and passionate guide. She taught us a great deal about various pieces of art as well as stories of the artists and Popes themselves. Her description of the Sistine Chapel upon entry into the Vatican museum was fantastic. She was also very attentive and made sure people in our group didn’t get lost. The ability to skip the line to get into the museum was a game changer and saved us hours. We did the tour in June, it is almost 3 hours and it was over 30 degrees so please note there is a lot of walking and most of the Vatican doesn’t appear to be air conditioned. Would I recommend this tour to a friend? Absolutely.

The woman who led us was a good guide. She gave some good insights and pointed out details, I would have missed. No matter what, you'll have to skip over quite a bit since there is far too much to see in one day. Oh, and her english was decent and easy to understand. Also, her voice was easy to hear while not being annoying.
