Must do!!!
What a great experience I did with my kids while on vacation. We also learned a lot about the history of the beads and the culture.

Great fun!
Did this activity with my 5 year old daughter and it was perfect for her age. Short, easy to do, and a beautiful result. I wish there was more background knowledge given during the activity.

Bracelet and culture
We really enjoyed our time with our teacher. She shared her passion for the Polynesian culture and dance. She Taught us how to string our bracelet and was a joy to talk with.

Made an appt for my family to make bracelets and they had such a good time. Wish there was no age limit some of us had to sit ou
Had a good time grandkids really enjoyed it. Some of us had to sit out because the 1 and a half year old could not do it. The age limitvwas 3 and over

The cultural center is...
The cultural center is inside the mall. It is very small and other than your class it really only offers a few cultural outfits. The class is very short. The class leader is sweet, and talks about the kukui nut and its significance.

Mahalo for visiting our center. Our center is intended to be an accessible, informal opportunity for visitors and residents to have introductory cultural experience. Our classes generally last an hour (or more) and guests are welcome to explore our museum’s 3 galleries featuring 20+ costume exhibits that present the history of Hawaiʻi’s diverse cultures without the institutional dryness. Anyway, we hope you learned a little bit about Hawai’i that made your visit to our island more meaningful. Aloha. A hui hou.

Best time ever
The host was knowledgeable about making bracelets and lays we were the only couple that attended the class on this day and had a wonderful time speaking with the host she was friendly and kind
