Get specific directions...
Get specific directions to the office. We didn’t know exactly where to meet the group. We had a family member almost have a heat stroke. We thought the office was close to the Vatican and we had to walk way too far and then back up to the museum we decided to not attend

The directions were clearly provided on your reservation voucher. I also personally contacted you and tried to assist you in reaching our office. Unfortunately, you arrived late to the meeting point because you took the wrong bus and were dropped off at Castel Sant'Angelo. Despite this, I went out of my way to help bring you to the museum. However, midway, you informed me that you no longer wished to continue with the visit.
Although this situation was not caused by us, you requested a refund, which we provided in good faith. Despite this, you left a negative review blaming us. We strive to offer the best service and support, and it’s disheartening to be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
