Nicolas is a very knowledgeable and nice tour guide. I highly recommend a tour with him. It was very enjoyable.

Nico was a great driver/guide. He knew his stuff. The gardens were amazing even on a warm day. Even though there was a lot of people there Nico was able too get us through without any delays.

We had a great half-day with Nicolas to Giverny and Claude Monet’s house and gardens. It was a rainy day but we didn’t let that stop us. NIcolas was a great host…he listened to us and made adjustments to accommodate our interests, and got us to our subsequent activity well on time. He was very enjoyable company and extremely knowledgeable about Monet and everything about the house/gardens, as well as about the local towns and surrounding areas. The house/gardens were much more crowded than we expected for first thing in the morning on a weekday and there was quite a long line to get in (Nicolas waited for us while we explored.) This tour is not a guaranteed skip-the-line. Ultimately, the crowds did diminish our enjoyment of the gardens. We would have loved to sit on a bench and enjoy the peace of the gardens as Monet may have…but that was not to be! All in all, we are very glad we chose this tour.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful day with Nicolas. He pointed out so many unique details about the gardens, and the town of Giverny. We all became fast friends. A fun and relaxing day!

Later another text to confirm final payment. Then notification a day prior with details for pick up. I never had to wonder if this was going to happen, Julien was always on top of things. The morning of, I received a text and whatsapp (covering all their bases for communication!) from Nicolas, our tour guide. We met him in the hotel lobby, and what a delight. He thoroughly explained the day and off we went. The van was incredibly comfortable, he's a great, safe driver, and the conversation was so pleasant. He pointed things out along the way, gave us some Giverny history, and answered any questions we had. Upon arrival at Monet's house, he whisked us in with a skip-the-line ticket and began a wonderful history and art lesson. Nicolas is obviously passionate about sharing information and the beauty of Giverny with his guests. It was enjoyable being the recipient of his joy. He even took lots of photos of us around the gardens! So fun! We enjoyed a great lunch al fresco and he shared with us much about French culture. On the ride back, we took the scenic route and he stopped several times for us to see incredible views and take beautiful photos. He even gave us some quiet time to nap on the way back (he realized we were jetlagged). I cannot recommend this tour enough. It is worth every penny and then some. Book it now and don't second guess your decision. Do it!

Nicholas, our driver and guide, made the trip effortless, calm, informative and fun. He is engaging, polite and pleasant. The gardens and home of Monet and the surrounding village are filled with color. The information and stories Nicholas shared made the day spectacular.

The monet garden is superb. Our guide Julien is charming and responded to our request. We hope to make more discoveries with him. Recommend
