She had very bad English and toured NOTHING that was advertised. We were extremely disappointed in her tour and attitude.

Great trip. Lara and Becky were great. Wonderful information. Made the day special.

My family and I went on the 1/2 day Giverny tour and since my mother is almost 90 and has mobility issues, we were a bit worried about how it would all work. But Becky, one of the guides, was so wonderful and helped us maneuver around Giverny with ease, even getting us special access through gates that helped my mom have an easier trip. Everything about the trip was wonderful, and socially the driver and both guides. The bus driver made the trip so smooth and Becky gave us all the background we needed about the artist and the house and gardens to really understand what an achievement of creativity and engineering Monet’s home at Giverny truly is. The third guide (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) also helped us navigate back to the bus a different way that was easier for my mom And we never worried that we’d miss the bus or be left behind. I highly recommend this tour for all ages and also for those with mobility issues. One note though—the house itself is not accessible to wheelchairs or rollators. But the gardens and the town are navigable with both.

Monet’s Home was as pictured and fit right into the quaint town of Giverny. We very much enjoyed walking through the home and seeing reproductions of lesser known works. The garden paths and lily pond were beautiful. Our disappointment came as we neared Paris in the tour bus. We were in a traffic jam that found us sitting for at least an hour in a roadway tunnel. The guide and driver did not seem to look for alternate routes before leaving Giverny knowing the Pope was in town and traffic was heavy. Also, at one point passengers wanted to get off the bus and walk to the drop off point. They could not due to liability but the driver and an another passenger got off the bus and were smoking beside the bus while we were sitting in the tunnel.Very unprofessional.

Pablo gave us a wonderful backgrounder on the Garden history and Monet’s story. Also good guidance for touring on site - which is spectacular even at the end of Sept. The group was a bit large as the second guide didn’t show so it was a bit of a challenge with no “spare hands” but it all worked out.

We had an absolutely pleasurable tour to Monet’s Garden with Juan Pablo who was so friendly, organised, knowledgeable and on time! He informed us about Monet’s history, the local area and the tips of what to visit to ensure we got the most out of the tour. Highly recommend Pablo!! 10/10

The gardens were beautiful!! The home was very interesting to see. There were so many people. Very, very crowded!

Becky and Lara were fantastic. The gardens were gorgeous even at end of September and house filled with art was very interesting. I could imagine Monet planning and then spending time in his gardens.
