A very nice 2 hour cruise on the Bosphorus with refreshments served. Very pleasant way to spend an evening.
The experience was very good, the information was clear how to get to the meeting point, the boat in very good condition, the staff very friendly and attentive to everything. They even helped us with transportation recommendations and places to eat during our stay in the city.
We booked the Istanbul Bosphorus Sunset Yacht tour through Discovery Bosphorus Tour, expecting a memorable evening. Instead, we faced a disastrous experience that ruined our last day in Istanbul. Major Issues: 1. Incorrect Contact Number: The provided phone number was wrong, leading to confusion. 2. No Confirmation Call: Despite promises, no call was made to confirm our booking. 3. Timing Miscommunication: Told 6:15 PM, but they left at 6:00 PM without informing us. 4. Rude Behavior: Staff blamed us for not confirming the timing, showing no accountability. 5. Poor Communication: Unresponsive and unhelpful. Consequences: • Wasted time, energy, and money • Ruined last evening in Istanbul • Frustrating experience Staff Behavior: Unprofessional, unapologetic, and dismissive. During the ride, owner had multiple plates of snacks and drinks to everyone, very nice hospitality , everyone had a great time, recomend to everyone.

it was a very great boat trip with a great view. The service was very professional and friendly. The stay was pleasant with the other guests and everyone had their own area where they could enjoy the view.
