Nice boat. Not many people on trip which was good. Snacks good. Too early for sunset needs to leave 1hr later. Should be called evening cruise. Commentary would have been better as taking photos and using audio was difficult. Would recommend if it was a later time.

It’s a good small group cruise with some snacks and drinks. It’s good value for money. Tuba was a great host.

The experience fell well short of what was advertised and was frankly disappointing. We were told the departure time had to be changed due to “weather,” despite the day being objectively perfect: clear skies, sunshine, and calm water. We accepted the change without issue, only to find the actual event poorly managed. Seating was uncomfortable. The upper deck, ( half the available seating ) was fully enclosed in plastic sheeting, turning it into an uncomfortable ‘sauna’ with limited visibility and poor photo opportunities. When we questioned why it remained closed, the staff response was rude and unconvincing, claiming excessive wind, even though numerous comparable boats on the water had their upper decks fully open. It was hard not to conclude this was done for the crew’s convenience rather than guest comfort. Equally frustrating was the complete absence of any tour guidance or commentary, despite this being presented as part of the experience. We were simply left to entertain ourselves with some dry pastries and tea ! Overall, this felt like a poorly executed and misleading experience that did not deliver what was promised.

It wasn't helped by the weather, but the audio didn't work off line, the crew paid no attention to the passengers, except tgexwoman giving out blankets and puttingdown snacks. The captain was talking on the phone to what sounded like his kids the whole time. The mate sat by the captain and chatted on his phone too. Didn't get amy info about where we were or what we were seeing. Waste of money and time.

The cruise itself was nice. There is no guide/narration included so if you are looking for that, you won’t get it here. The staff was nice and the weather/scenery was beautiful. If you take this tour, be careful on the busy trams to/from as we were pickpocketed after the cruise. If walking to the cruise meetup spot, stay along the waterfront because one block over is pretty sketchy.

Istanbul’s skyline never looked more magical than from the deck of our sunset boat tour down the Bosphorus Strait. As the city’s minarets and palaces glowed in golden light, the gentle waves carried us between continents—Europe on one side, Asia on the other. It was breathtaking. What truly elevated the experience, though, was our hostess Tuğba. She was incredibly attentive, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. From the moment we boarded, she made sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable. Whether it was offering blankets as the evening breeze picked up or volunteering to take photos for us, her presence added a personal touch that made the tour feel intimate and special. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul. The views are unforgettable, and if you're lucky enough to have the same hostess (Tuğba), you're in for a truly memorable evening.

Lovely boat trip on the Bosporus - one hour north and another south with great sunset views. Excellent crew and nice snacks (great fruit and nuts … pizza was a bit so-so). No guide or explanation of the sites as far as I could tell although it didn’t really matter a whole lot.

We really enjoyed our boat ride and the fruits that were offered in the boat. Our tour guide Tugba was hospitable. The ride was quiet with no loud music. We didn’t realize the Audio tour option until a passenger told us. It would be nice if the guide reminded everyone before departure as we have been running around the city and didn’t have time to review details in advance.

We had an absolutely amazing boat tour with Tugba as our guide! She was warm, friendly, and full of fascinating stories and insights that made the trip so much more than just a scenic ride. The route was beautiful, the atmosphere on board was relaxed, and Tugba’s energy made everyone feel welcome and engaged. Everything was well-organized, from start to finish, and you could tell she genuinely loves what she does. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting — you’ll leave with great memories and a smile!

It was excellent. Staff Toba was really welcoming! She really took care of everyone on board also offered us tea & coffee numerous times.
