Amazing experience, interesting, tasty & relaxing!
Thank you for this review :) So glad the tea ceremony felt both interesting and relaxing for you, and that you enjoyed the tea itself. Come see us again next time you're in Tokyo :)
The tea master was the kindest lady with great english. She made me feel very comfortable even-though I was solo. Her knowledge is fantastic. It is not done the very old school way, but that doesn’t bother me at all and the tea master explains why. I recommend for a lovely experience. Also very easy to find, about 8 minute walk from the station.
Thank you so much for this lovely review :) So glad the tea master made you feel comfortable even as a solo traveler, and that her English and knowledge came through so well. Glad the explanation around the ceremony style made sense too, and that the tea ceremony spot was easy to find from the station. Thank you for recommending the experience :)
It was such brilliant, nice thing to book. Our Tea Master (or more like Mistress :p) Aiko was very, very friendly and explain everything, step after step, telling us interesting trivia. I strongly recommend that, if you like tea, and want to know more about how it's enjoyed ^.^ Tea of course was very tasty, relaxing and refreshing.
What a lovely review, thank you :) We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed both the tea and the experience itself. Aiko has a wonderful way of making the ceremony feel welcoming and accessible, and we're glad her explanations helped bring the tradition to life. We hope you'll enjoy many more cups of tea in the future :)
Really enjoyed this experience! We learned about various types of Japanese tea. We were able to taste several varieties and learn about how they were made and some of the history and culture we love good tea, so this was a really fun experience

We had a lovely time with Yuna. She was so sweet and caring and made the whole experience so enjoyable. It was a first for my dad and I and I highly recommend the whole experience.
Thank you so much dear Marilyn for this very kind and detailed review! :) we are so glad you had such a great experience at the Tea House!
This was a lively and well done presentation of the teas of Japan, their significance, and cultural significance, as well as tasting. We all enjoyed it and would do again.
Thank you very much for your kind feedback :) We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience, it means a lot to us! We would be delighted to welcome you again, and hopefully next time earn that 5th star :)
Our guide at this ceremony was charming. He took care to speak simple English to adapt to our level. This is a tea presentation and tasting session in Japan. He introduced us to the preparation of several teas and experimented with how to whip matcha tea. A very good time.
Merci infiniment pour ce super commentaire! Cela compte énormément, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un si bon moment :)
What a fun time. It was wonderful learning about tea and tea ceremony. Our instructor was especially nice and helpful.
Your feedback means a lot! Thank you so much :)
Great English presentation, friendly service, unique Japanese cultural activity, he was very patient with my son. Got to purchase a bag of the tea we tasted. Definitely recommend!
Thank you so much for this great review :) We’re really happy you enjoyed the experience and that your son felt comfortable too. So nice to hear you and your son appreciated the presentation and even took some tea home with you :)
We had a wonderful time at our Matcha tea ceremony experience. Shinichi was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history of tea and the different types of teas in addition to matcha. I would have also enjoyed more of the actual tea ceremony itself because it was only partially demonstrated. Other than that I highlyl recommend it to anyone interested in tea!
Your review means a lot to us! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing feedback, we are glad you had a great time! :)
