A wonderful tea ceremony experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the host was welcoming and knowledgeable, and the whole experience felt very authentic and memorable. It was definitely worth the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience traditional Japanese culture.
This was my favorite thing I did in Tokyo!!! It is always fun to dress up. Everyone who we interacted with was fantastic and the woman who lead the tea ceremony was extra special. I highly recommend it!!
We had a wonderful and very special experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the beginning, and putting on the kimonos was a real highlight. We especially liked that we were even allowed to keep the kimonos on and walk through the city with them afterwards. This allowed us to experience Japanese culture in a very special and authentic way.
10/10 experience i would recommend.. it's also a 4 min walk to the senso ji temple and you can get more pictures there
This was one of the most special experiences of our trip to Japan! From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly thoughtful, authentic, and beautifully presented. Being dressed in a traditional kimono before the tea ceremony made the experience feel even more meaningful. The entire process was so beautiful, and learning about the traditions and significance behind the ceremony gave us a much deeper appreciation for Japanese culture. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, and every detail was handled with such care. It felt like we were being welcomed into a tradition rather than simply attending a tourist activity. We absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. The kimonos were beautiful and the ladies who helped us get dress and styled our hair were really nice, efficient and talented! We loved our looks! The tea ceremony was beautiful. You can’t video record but just watching it and trying matcha tea for our first time was a great experience. 10/10 recommend
