本来の茶道よりも気軽に体験できるのがテーブル茶席。 床に座らないので足が痛くありません。 「おもてなし茶の湯」のワークショップは、過去3年間にわたりアルゼンチン人、韓国人、アメリカ人が参加。 季節のお菓子も和菓子も一緒に食べられるのでとても楽しいです。

The other day, my family and I experienced a traditional Japanese culture “Table Tea Ceremony” together! I was a little nervous at first, but the teacher was very kind and explained everything in detail with English. The children quickly got used to it and enjoyed learning the etiquette of serving tea and how to receive sweets. Since we used a table and chairs instead of sitting on tatami mats, we didn't have to worry about numb feet, and the children were able to relax and enjoy the experience. The use of authentic tea bowls and tea whisks also provided an authentic atmosphere.

I have experienced table tea ceremony! I had an image of it being formal, but I enjoyed the casual atmosphere.
