The other day, my family and I experienced a traditional Japanese culture “Table Tea Ceremony” together!
I was a little nervous at first, but the teacher was very kind and explained everything in detail with English. The children quickly got used to it and enjoyed learning the etiquette of serving tea and how to receive sweets.
Since we used a table and chairs instead of sitting on tatami mats, we didn't have to worry about numb feet, and the children were able to relax and enjoy the experience. The use of authentic tea bowls and tea whisks also provided an authentic atmosphere.

Absolutely delightful experience!
I had the pleasure of taking a tea ceremony lesson with Masumi, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.
Masumi is an incredibly warm and welcoming host. they explained the intricate details of the tea ceremony with such passion and enthusiasm. I learned so much about the history, philosophy, and etiquette behind this beautiful art form.

An American Family's Unforgettable Japanese Tea Ceremony Experience
I took a tea ceremony lesson, a traditional Japanese cultural activity. We were worried about the language barrier, but the teacher was fluent in English and taught us the history, spirit, and manners of the tea ceremony with humor.

Satisfaction with the world of tea ceremony
I have experienced table tea ceremony! I had an image of it being formal, but I enjoyed the casual atmosphere. The teacher was friendly and carefully explained the types of tea and its manners, making even beginners feel at ease. The time spent tasting tea with delicious Japanese sweets was truly a moment of bliss. I was able to relax and enjoy conversation with my friends. I learned a new way to enjoy tea that dispelled my formal image of tea.

Table tea ceremony is recommended for a casual, authentic tea ceremony experience.
I participated because I was interested in table tea ceremony.
The sweets were delicious and the tea ceremony itself was simple, so I was able to concentrate on enjoying myself.
