Help needed

Your website does not allow for questions about refunds. We purchased an excursion that cost $245.46 Canadian for a tour of the Duomo in Milan Italy. We were there earlier than our start time finding the square chaotic with people and nowhere to be found was an Viator contact. Attending the ticket office were advised that they had a lot of complaints about Viator excursions. They could not direct us to find the preplanned group so we ended up having to purchase tickets again at the ticket office in order to visit the Duomo and rooftop views. We would therefore appreciate direction to request a refund of the $245.46 Canadian paid for this excursion that was withdrawn on September 10, 2026.

Beware ! Even if they confirm they will cancel last minute.

Terrible experience. I booked this 1 month before. I had a whole day planned for my last day in Milan. The guide messages me at midnight the night before saying they didn’t have room even though they confirmed the trip right after I booked it. I didn’t get to read this message until the next day close to the time we were supposed to go. I called and they explained I could go at 5:30. I show up at 5pm and no guide is around and he still didn’t answer me at all. His phone was turned off when they tried to locate him … had to request a refund and then tried to buy my own tickets and they were sold out for the day ! They wasted my whole last day. I couldn’t even see something that I had been planning for months. Would have been better off booking through the actual duomo !
