This was supposed to be a one hour tour talking about the exterior of Notre Dame. We intended to do this and go inside separately as it is free to do so. As we arrived early, we did a self guided tour inside before meeting our guide for the exterior. Our guide was surprised that we had already been inside, as it became clear that the tour was based on some talking outside, and then queue time to get in before we were left. She tried to show us various photos and information on her mobile phone, where other guides often have a folder with photos or information on A4 pages that they can show. We learnt a few snippets, but, to be honest, we could have stood outside and used Google ourselves. The description of the tour needs updating, and it needs to be made clearer, as the guided part was around a half hour. Our guide was enthusiastic and pleasant, but it did all seem a little unplanned.

Wonderful tour this evening ! We were super happy to have Rashi as our guide ! Was well packed for an hour and entertaining! She is an amazing guide and it was interesting to listen to the history when she narrates it ! Excellent Experience and I would highly recommend!

Kam did such a great job on our exterior Notre Dame tour. She was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She was able to answer questions and she kept us engaged. I enjoyed learning about the reconstruction after the fire in 2019. And it was a nice then to be able to have a self-guided tour inside the cathedral. (The line was long but moved very quickly!)
