Hello! Very disappointed with this activity described as a guided interior tour when it is nothing of the sort. The guide spoke to us for a few minutes outside and was shown the exit once we were inside. So we did not receive the service for which we paid. I would like to be refunded please.

A truly unforgettable experience visiting Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. The tour was very well organised, and getting to see the inside of this incredible cathedral was something I’ll never forget. The history, architecture and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. A special moment for me was being able to light candles and say prayers for family. Definitely a must-see when visiting Paris. Communication with both tour guide and operator were excellent. They had to reschedule our original time, contacted us on a timely basis, were responsive, and gave us alternatives. All in all good experience.
We have been through Notre Dame more than 10 years ago, way before the fire, and seeing it today with like it for the first time. The restoration is nothing short of amazing, the inside is now clean and so brightas it was when it was first built. Our tour guide, Elena, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of building both before and after the fire and made this experience, not only very educational, but even more spiritual! We highly recommend this tour!

This was probably the best tour we’ve been on. Crystal, our guide, was so knowledgeable in the history of the Cathedral and its recent restoration. She was super prepared and provided context and details using images from her IPAD. Very well organized, the meet up was seamless as was the pace of the tour. I would highly recommend booking tours with Crystal.

Our visit to Notre-Dame was excellent from beginning to end. The priority entry was definitely a great added value, as it made the experience much smoother and saved us precious time. The guide from Exploring Tours was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was perfectly organized and we really appreciated the attention to detail.
