クーゲルホップは、有名なアルザスのレシピや料理の中で、シュークルート ガルニに次いで 2 番目にランクされています。背の高い、溝の入ったコーヒー パンで、粉砂糖をまぶした風味のマイルドなクーゲルホップは、結婚式やその他の伝統的な儀式の前に出されることで歴史的に知られている日常的なパンです。一年中手に入るクーゲルホップは、ほとんどのアルザスのパン屋で簡単に見つけることができます。朝、昼、夜を問わず楽しめるおいしいパンであるクーゲルホップは、コーヒー、紅茶、キルシュなどのリキュールとよく合います。
シャトー広場（ストラスブール大聖堂の創建1000周年を記念して2015年に200キロの大聖堂のブロンズ模型が作られた場所）を見てみると、大聖堂のすぐ近くの地面に「未来考古学」の記念碑、未来のための地下室（Caveau du Futur）が立っているのがわかります。
大聖堂地区 ストラスブールの最高地点に建てられた大聖堂は、この街の象徴的な建造物です。 高さ 66 メートルのピンク色の砂岩のファサードは、13 世紀から 15 世紀の建築芸術の集大成です。フランスで 2 番目に高い大聖堂です。
すでに1528年に、「ラ・クール・デュ・コルボー」には「ツム・ラッペン」というホテルが入っており、当初からホテルとして建てられた数少ないヨーロッパの建築群の1つであるようです。
オリエルは英語で「弓形の窓」を意味し、建物の外壁を超えて突き出すことで空間を作り、外部のより広い眺めを提供するために設計された湾曲した出窓で作られた建築要素です。

Lou was professional yet very personable. She was so knowledgeable of both French and German history, cultures, and traditions. Plus she provided the information in the context of stories rather than dates and facts. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
We had a great tour with Loubna. It was a great mix of sampling some of the local foods, a bit of Strasbourg history, and an orientation to the city centre. Lou was very pleasant and answered lots of questions as we went along. She also gave lots of recommendations for places to eat and sights to see.
Our tour was great! Our guide gave us great historical stories. She took us to some adorable shops. We visited two bakeries, a cheese shop, and a gingerbread shop. The tour went through some areas you may not find on your own and our guide was so knowledgeable and sweet.
Very walkable over easy terrain. Able to spend time in the shops to make purchases and ask questions.
This was a lovely introduction to Alsace food and it's origins. Plus we visisited places of important historical relevance which we would easily walked past. Thank you, we had a great time
An outstanding tour with excellent guide.
We enjoyed our tour with Loubna as we tried local bites at three different shops. Loubna also shared interesting information as we walked around Strasbourg. I liked that she was personable, spoke excellent English, and clearly explained the tour to us at the start. Highly recommended!
JP was very good. We enjoyed our experience with him. In addition to the tastings he gave us some very interesting background on many of the sites.
Ricardo was really great. Showed us around to all the local spots and provided us with some tasty bites and some history as well. Cosmo was an added bonus. Would highly reccomend his your.
