We had a fantastic half day wine tour in Alsace with Manon. We went to two small wineries and learned about the local winemaking practices and tasted two fantastic sets of Alsatian wine. We particularly enjoyed the additional commentary which helped to contextualize the history and agricultural practices of the region. Merci!
Wonderful guide. Lovely wineries and visits through some of the beautiful small wine route villages. Five to six tastings each winery so well worth price. Tried many new and unexpected wines. Only one small suggestion. Have a few crackers at each winery to sample between tastings and to absorb some of the wine.
Very enjoyable small group wine tour. Visited two small family-owned wineries. Manae (I hope I have her name right) was a great guide, well informed and able to answer our questions. A really nice experience.

The first vineyard was a good experience. Local family with great wine and expertise. The second vineyard was a disaster. The facility was filthy as was the owner. The wine was poured out of already opened bottles and was not drinkable. His English was poor and the presentation went on way too long. I would expect some type of refund for our wasted time and money. The driver was ok.

We would nevertheless like to clarify that this is a small, family-owned and independent Alsatian winery, where the winemaker works directly in the vineyards and welcomes guests himself. Its rustic and authentic character is very much part of the traditional Alsatian wine experience described in our tour. The estate is also a long-standing partner of ours, and we have received very few negative comments over the years. The tasting normally includes six Alsatian wines, and it is perfectly normal for bottles to have been opened previously when a winery welcomes several visitors throughout the day. We are sorry that the wines and the presentation were not to your personal taste. Wine appreciation is subjective, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every wine will suit every guest. While we regret that the experience did not match your expectations, the visit provided was consistent with the experience advertised, and we are therefore unable to offer a partial refund. Francesco was an excellent guide with very good knowledge of wines The wineries visited were informative and generous
Our guide Francisco was very good - friendly and knowledgeable. We went to two very different wineries, both family owned. Wines were good at both places. It was also nice to stop and walk in the vineyards. This is a great half-day trip out of Strasbourg.
Jerome was an excellent guide, who knew a lot about wine-production, especially in Alsace. He also provided a lot of interesting information about Alsace generally, in a light-hearted and engaging way. We particularly enjoyed the visit to Noelle Bachert's winery, and much valued the time she spent with us explaining her methods of production and the current situation for family wineries in Alsace. Our group of eight was small enough for us to get to know one another a bit, and of course share some opinions on the wine we tasted.
2 small wineries (hidden gems) we would never have visited - the wines were amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the vehicle was very comfortable
