Two very nice wineries - amazing wines. Our guide, Carlos was very informative and helpful regarding wine purchases and shipping.

We did the Alsace Wine Route Small Group Half-Day Tour with Ophorus. She was knowledgeable, fun to be around and we had a blast. Highly recommend. I kind of wished we booked the full day tour!

Excellent itinerary - great scenic stop for picture taking followed by visits to two winemakers. The tastings were generous and provided a lot of info for both people with or without wine knowledge. Jerome is the perfect tour guide!

Pickup went smoothly and our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and a safe driver. We visited two wineries with Jerome and had very generous tastings of their whites. The group was fun and the wines were great. We enjoyed the trip very much

This excursion was wonderful. We were treated by a very friendly guide named Lea. Vehicle was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The vineyards were very nice and knowledgeable. Lea’s knowledge about wine and the region was excellent. It was a great afternoon with a small group of people.

Great way to get out of Strasbourg and explore the Alsace wine area. Quality tastings and we bought a bottle at each winery. Great van to travel in. Our guide has a lovely personal nature and very informative

We really enjoyed our tour with Orlane as our guide and we really liked the choice of wineries. However, I would advise anyone who goes on this tour NOT TO ORDER WINE FOR SHIPMENT. We ordered wine on June 4th with the understanding that Ophorus, our tour company, would be handling shipment in order to consolidate the shipments and get a better price for shipment to the U.S. It is now July 13th and we have received nothing. Communications have been shambolic at best. We were sent a UPS notice that a package was delivered to Goteberg, Sweden. Why? No idea. We asked Ophorus via e-mail. Crickets. My brother received an e-mail from a Mail Boxes Etc. in France asking for payment of 247 euros for his shipment of 1 case (this is a discounted rate!?). Why? Still no idea or even whether this is a scammer.

Very nice tour. Violette was our guide and she was very informative. We were picked up in a Mercedes van which was clean and air conditioned. Violette used a microphone so that people in the back seat could hear her. The wineries were generous with both their time and their wine and there was time to purchase wine before leaving. Well worth the time.

We did a half day wine tour from Strasbourg visiting 2 family owned wineries. It was the second with this group after our first in cotes des nuits. It lived up to our first experience. The guide Violetta was terrific, friendly, respectful, cheerful and discussed the area and wines. The hosts for the wine tastings were welcoming and clearly proud of their wines. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The vehicles were really comfortable and airconditioned. Our guide was a good driver. A bonus is that ophorus give clear information about the tour and pickup point and send reminders, which is helpful.
