The tour was exactly what the organizer had described. In 10 hours, I gathered many impressions and interesting facts about Alsace via audio guide. Naturally, tourist shops and restaurants en masse were also included. Our driver Guillaume guided us through the program in a friendly, completely relaxed, and safe manner and drove us to the sights. In Colmar, he even spontaneously made a bonus possible for us: A ride on the Petit Train Blanc through the old town. The bus is comfortable and even offers USB ports. Chilled water was also available, and it was free for everyone. Very well-organized and recommended tour. Merci beaucoup!

This experience is not recommended in temperatures of 35 degrees. When the bus picked us up at 14:30 after the visit to Riquewihr, the bus must have been at almost 50 degrees because it had been in the sun for two hours. We felt like we had indigestion and we didn't feel well for the rest of the day. The driver was attentive and provided us with water during the trip. We also had problems with the lack of instructions in Spanish.

En cuanto a las explicaciones, tal como se especifica claramente en el momento de la reserva, nuestros conductores no hablan las 12 lenguas que ofrecemos. La información en español está totalmente disponible y accesible a través de nuestros audioguides para que cada cliente pueda seguir el recorrido en su idioma. Beautiful excursion through the wonderful villages of Alsace along the wine route, the driver was very kind and helpful, he provided us with water for free. Enough time for the various visits.

The activity was carried out in its entirety exactly as it was initially described, very beautiful landscapes and sites were visited, and in each one, enough time was given to be able to explore them and enjoy them with complete calm; the person in charge of the tour was extremely kind and was always attentive to ensure everything was perfect; I would definitely recommend taking this tour with them.

It was a wonderful experience to get to know Alsace in this way. I liked it very much and am taking very beautiful impressions home with me. The driver, who was also the tour guide, was very competent and very friendly. So for me, this day trip was definitely worth it. I was very impressed.

Such a fun trip! Perfect amount of time per stop and we hit all the right spots! The convertible bus was fun too! Our tour guide, Sebastien, really stole the show though. He had a ton of interesting facts and ultimately made the tour worth it! I totally recommend this!

This was a great tour from beginning to end. The minibus was comfortable and AC was good, they gave out water, and the multilingual headphones were good. Each stop offered a great experience (alone time) with enough time to explore. The only confusing point is the pickup. Don’t go by the exact address in Google Maps. Get to the bus station and find the parking lot with the Flix buses. Other than that, everything was smooth, and good value for your money.

As part of our itinerary through Strasbourg and the Alsace region, we had booked this magnificent tour with our provider in Montevideo, Uruguay. As is our custom, we received the voucher in advance, with all the details about the route, the towns we would visit, and the duration. Although our provider purchased this tour from CIVITATIS, upon arriving at the meeting point in Strasbourg, we were greeted by an official, the driver of a minibus from the company TOUR.ALSACE. He informed us that he would only fulfill the role of driver and provide us with information on how to get around each city and where to meet in front of the bus. The rest depended on an audio guide, in several languages. I must point out that the tour was very enjoyable based solely on discovering the wonderful sites of Koenigsbourg, Riquewihr, and Kaysersberg on our own. The last town was Colmar, with the unfortunate experience that the driver took us without any choice to a little train with an audio guide that toured Colmar in one hour. How much better it would have been if we had used the 2 hours we had in Colmar to walk around its main attractions. On the other hand, when we were at the beginning of the tour, visiting the Castle of Koenigsbourg, we exited through the wrong door, which led us to not find the bus. The driver called me twice to see where we were, and I had to send him a location photo so that he could come to pick us up. It was a horrible moment!!! In summary, read the fine print before purchasing a tour to know every detail. The audio guide is useless!!! It distracts, as it provides information with countless historical dates that are impossible to remember. How much better it would be if the company Tour.alsace sought another alternative for having a driver-guide with better manners than the one assigned for the tour we took. Corollary: the tour is wonderful. But one must see with whom it is done.

Formato del Tour (Audioguía): Como bien menciona en su comentario, siempre es fundamental revisar las condiciones de lo que se contrata. Tour.Alsace ofrece circuitos de un día con un formato muy claro y transparente: un conductor profesional encargado de la logística, la seguridad y de dar las indicaciones prácticas en cada parada, acompañado de un sistema de audioguía integrado para la información histórica. Lamentamos que este formato no haya sido de su preferencia personal, pero es el que está explitamente descrito en las plataformas de nuestros socios de venta como Civitatis. 2. El Tren Turístico en Colmar: La parada en Colmar está pensada para dar un vistazo general a la ciudad. El recorrido en el pequeño tren es una actividad que está totalmente incluida de forma gratuita en nuestra excursión para optimizar el tiempo y conocer los puntos clave sin cansancio. Lamentamos si hubo un malentendido, pero en ningún caso era una obligación: los clientes que prefieren descubrir la ciudad caminando son totalmente libres de hacerlo a su propio ritmo durante esas dos horas. 3. Incidente en el Castillo: Respecto al momento en que se extraviaron en el Castillo de Haut-Kœnigsbourg, lamentamos el estrés que esto les causó. Sin embargo, nuestro conductor actuó con total responsabilidad y profesionalidad: al notar su ausencia a la hora del reencuentro, se puso en contacto con usted de manera proactiva y acudió a buscarlos basándose en su foto para asegurarse de que no se quedaran atrás y de que el circuito pudiera continuar de forma segura para todo el grupo. Tomamos nota de sus observaciones sobre la gestión del tiempo y la información de la audioguía para seguir mejorando. Le deseamos un feliz resto de su viaje por Europa.
