Cooking experience with Chef Marco was fun, awesome and incredible. Chef Marco was highly skillful, funny and gave very clear directions to all the participants. He also catered to our needs of not using eggs for cooking our pasta and ravioli. It was a fun experience to not only cook but meet other new people. It is definitely an experience worth going while in Italy.
We absolutely loved this experience!! Carlotta was so much fun. We really enjoyed having dinner with all of the other tourists in our class too. We are excited to make our Pasta and Tiramisu at home !!

Carlotta kept the instructions simple and both me and my 11 year old were successful and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! And would try to get Carlotta- she stepped in and gave personalized instructions to people and so no one felt left behind or stuck! And at the end we got to eat the amazing food with other travelers!
Leonello was a good guide. We had fun. The only problem I had was that they seemed to mix all the pasta together.
We learnt how to prepare fetucine,ravioli and Tiramisu. Leonello was amazing and ofcourse very patient .Wewere given the exact recipes afterwards so we can try it at home too.All in all avery enjoyable experience.

Fun and educational! Leo was a phenomenal pasta professor. Funny, engaging, and kind. Solid experience as a solo, duo, friends or family. And we got to eat our creations too!
You will have to put in some work but the pay off is so worth it! My husband and I had the best time learning from Chef Carlotta for our 20th Anniversary.
