Great service. Samuel was very friendly and prompt. Would highly recommend their transfer service to hotel.

Driver never showed up. Had to get a refund, which was a hassle. Luckily, my hotel found us a local driver instead.

The driver was on time and communicated when he arrived. He was very professional and we arrived at the airport in a timely manner. I would book again.

Stephen was friendly and very helpful. He stayed in contact for updates via what’s app. I was delayed at immigration and customs and he was very accommodating.

Grace Patt provided us a driver and transportation for our trip to Kenya and Tanzania, and we had an amazing time! Grace was very helpful before our trip with answering questions and even arranging for a guitar for my husband to buy. Our driver Benjamin was the absolute best part of our Kenya trip though! He is an amazing guide; he is very skilled in spotting animals on safari and driving right up to where they are. He knew the Mara North Conservancy inside out and could get us to any animal we wanted to see. We are already planning our next trip and plan to request him as our driver. We absolutely recommend this company - ask for Benjamin!!

My transfer was confirmed then without notice cancelled. I am appalled. I could have booked direct with the hotel but thought to give you guys a chance.

After an 8 hour flight, We were absolutely exhausted and just hoped that our driver was waiting for us after baggage collection. Walking through the doors, I saw a huge smile on Francis’s welcoming face and immediately saw my name board! He came over to us straight away, grabbed our bags and I immediately felt at ease. Once in the car, my boyfriend was dying for a smoke but had lost his lighter so he kindly went out of his way to get him one. So lovely! He was very chatty and told us everything we needed to know about our stay on route to the hotel. Thank you for such a great welcome to Kenya Francis! As a single woman coming into a strange city(Nairobi)late at night I had several concerns about using this unknown service. But Francis was great.He waited for over an hour and a half for my plane. When I finally got out Francis had a sign and a smile for me. Following a stranger to a car park made me cautious. He turned out to be a pleasant and helpful man.He knew exactly where the hotel was and only asked I mention him if I liked the service.I was very grateful to have everything work out so well.

Francis Ngei was my driver to the airport. He arrived early and waited for me. He was a great driver and was very good about explaining about certain sites as we were driving by.
