Had an amazing trip to Kolsai and Kaindy Lakes with my friends! 🏔️💙 The views were unreal, the atmosphere was so fun, and everything was organized perfectly by Panda Travel. And of course, a special mention to Amina — best of the best! 🥹❤️ She made the whole trip even more enjoyable with her energy and positive vibes. Definitely a trip to remember!

We had a wonderful family trip to Kolsai and Kaindy Lakes with Panda Travel. The journey is quite long, especially with children, but everything was well planned and the transport was comfortable. Both lakes were beautiful in completely different ways. Kolsai was peaceful and surrounded by mountains, while Kaindy was probably the most unusual place we saw in Kazakhstan. Our guide Amina was attentive, especially with the kids, and kept a nice atmosphere throughout the day. We had enough time at each location and never felt rushed. Overall, a very well-organized tour and a great experience with Panda Travel!

We booked a multi tour from Almaty to Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake and Charyn Canyon, and it was absolutely worth it. Even though it was a full day, the trip felt well-organized and comfortable. Rustam and Nurtas did a great job keeping everything on schedule, explaining the views, and making sure everyone was taken care of. Kaindy Lake was breathtaking and unique, and Charyn Canyon was incredible with changing scenery all along the way. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a real adventure!

Had an amazing experience exploring Kolsay Lake, Kaindy Lake, Charyn Canyon and the other beautiful locations with Panda Travel. It was a fantastic full-day trip covering 6 amazing places, and everything was very well organized from start to finish. A special thanks to our guide Amina, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the journey. She explained the places and their history, helped us at every stop, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the long day. Her cheerful personality and positive attitude made the trip even more enjoyable. The landscapes of Kolsay Lake, Kaindy Lake and Charyn Canyon were absolutely breathtaking, and each location offered something different and memorable. The transportation, timing, and overall coordination were also very good. If you’re visiting Almaty and want to explore these beautiful destinations, I would definitely recommend Panda Travel and especially Amina as a guide.

Totally disorganized trip. The guide we have for two days was totally lost and getting carried away with questions of other tourists She is not well presented and seems sleepy and when explaining about the places we've been, she is reading it on her notes from her phone. The lunch was good, the driver behaves well. But the dinner food provided was a total disaster. They served food without asking our order and the guide stated that "we don't have a choice" and they just gave us food that feels like a feeding program! The price of the drinks are doubled on where we ate whether it is a bottled water or a softdrinks, it costs us 1500 KZT per drinks. On the hotel for a night, one of our toirist batch doesn't have a partner and she paired it with the tour driver and she told again "he doesn't have a choice" On the second day, we went to Kaindy lake. Moon and Black Canyon has been added on the first day of trip so the second day has been cut. We had good breakfast and call time informed was 8:00am. Food was good and service was fast but again the tour guide woke up at almost 10:00am and we waited without informing us at what tome we will be leaving for the itineraries of the day. We went at 10:00am from the hotel and went to Kaindy Lake and drove for 2 hours for lunch. And after lunch we go back to Almaty. We never had the souvenir photo as mentioned on the package. We dont have a tour guide on our way back to Almaty and she stays on the restaurant where we had lunch. It is our first try with panda travel and we will never go back and have this travel and tours again. Kazakhstan is an awesome country, beautiful sceneries and good people. But Overall, Panda Travel is NOT RECOMMENDED. They have to improve and check on their tour guides as this will definitely impacts overall experience of every tourists who will take panda travel with the same guide and their perception as well on the agency.

We had so much fun. It was a very memorable tour. Thanks to the team behind it. Special mention to Nurtas (our tour guide) whose energy is always at the top and to our driver Triple M (I forgot his name) for keeping us safe throughout our journey on the road. A piece of our heart will always be in Kazakh. Rakhmet!!!

We booked a 2 day tour, they don't say anything until we had our first stop, where we were told 20 people had cancelled so we were added to the 1 day tour group and get a 50% refund. We'll forget the refund, they will use a million excuses to delay the refund until they start ignoring you and never pay you back. These are shameless criminals and I suggest not booking with them. The alternative day tour we got was in a ghetto bus that's falling apart and super rushed, there is no time for anything. You sit in the bus all day and need to run to take pictures of the places you visit. So even if you book a one day tour and you are not scammed by these thiefs, it will still be a lousy experience.

I am writing this review for Adam. We had great time in Almaty. Bars, pubs and parties. At least it is worth to come Almaty because of him. Friendly, funny, smart, clever, charismatic. He is the BEST !!!

Took a two-day tour. Paid 40 thousand TG, which is higher than the other travel agencies. Sent advance payment 14 days in advance. A couple of days later, he asked if everything was still on the table, and they said any changes would be announced. In summary: 1. On the day of the tour, it turned out I was the only one taking the two-day 2. Time spent on locations is less than scheduled, as all are for one day 3. They did not inform the administrators of the hotel complex, in the end, they initially got confused with the administrator 4. Promised evening program what's on the list was not organized 5. There is no communication, what with the phone number on the network, what with the guides coordinators. The guides who are still trying with the tour, and these just ignore, don't answer the message and don't pick up the phone. 6. They sent a cab driver to the scene the next day. Hired the cheapest, paid for only one seat, car cramped, he spent an hour looking for customers in the cabin and an extra hour driving them around the auls. 80% of the time he looked at his phone, reacted aggressively to the remark and ended up in an accident hitting a sheep 7. The guide, seeing the accident photo and the request to send another vehicle to pick me up, just disappeared and went ignoring. I mean, folks, in case anything happens to you, they'll go missing and stop contacting you. They're dangerous to mess with and more expensive than your nerves, mood and health. They have higher prices.
