We had an excellent time at SuprEvo. A truly interesting, enriching, and very pleasant visit, which allowed us to discover the world of olive oil, from its production to its tasting.
We were lucky to be welcomed and accompanied by Camilla, who gave us the tour with a lot of passion, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to explain the different steps to us and, above all, to share her knowledge with a lot of enthusiasm. And the fact that she speaks French made the visit even more pleasant for us.
The tasting was a real pleasure: we were able to discover different oils and specialties, all of very high quality, and learn to appreciate their different flavors and their particularities.
We enjoyed the products so much that we left with several purchases to extend this beautiful discovery at home!
A big thank you to Camilla for her exceptional welcome and to the entire SuprEvo team for this magnificent experience.

A museum in every sense
A pleasant 360-degree experience: rich in information (historical, methodological, even with elements of chemistry and agronomy), interactive in a modern way without being banal, perfect use of various media (charts, maps, videos, even a small cinema, latest-generation capacitive touchscreens) and a lot of density in a structure that ultimately develops in a relatively small area. The possibility of seeing the entire production process up close with the machinery is very interesting. Pleasant and rich tasting, with explanations and samples of excellent oils (and...). Sought out on a whim, but after the visit, I highly recommend the experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Visit Family Experience in Tuscany!
SuprEvo is so much more than an olive oil museum—it was one of the highlights of our family holiday in Tuscany! The museum is modern, interactive, and engaging for both adults and children. Our kids loved exploring the hands-on exhibits, making learning about olive oil production fun and exciting.
The guided olive oil tasting was fantastic. We learned how to taste extra virgin olive oil like professionals and were surprised by the different flavors and aromas. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone, including the children, feel welcome.
If you’re looking for a unique family activity that’s educational, interactive, and delicious, SuprEvo is the perfect choice. We left with a much greater appreciation for olive oil—and a few bottles to take home! Highly recommended for families visiting Tuscany.

Interesting museum about olive oil
Nice, modern (inter) active museum. The emphasis is on gaining knowledge about the olive oil and not on the company behind it. Nice tour and excellent tasting with a great enthusiastic guide who speaks fantastic English.

Suprevo - Do Not Miss This Opportunity!
What a fantastic experience! Our 4 adult party visited Suprevo, with Chiara as our hostess, and we all agreed that this was the high lite of our day! The museum is so well appointed, we could have spent hours and is perfect for anyone interested in learning about this amazing industry. The interactive layout is creative, well designed, and thought provoking. Bravo! The tasting thereafter was super! So many oils and products to taste along with a fun education from Chiara on the “methodology of olio tasting”. We had an absolute blast! Our hats are off to Suprevo! Well Done! Thank you Chiara!

A fun family activity!
We had a wonderful tour of the museum and tasting. The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about olive oil production. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and our visit.

Highly recommended!
Last week my husband and I had a tour of the museum followed by an olive oil tasting. The whole experience was great and we tasted some excellent oils and also learned a lot. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were glad we were able to purchase some of the products that we had tried. We highly recommend this tour.

Fun morning learning about oil oil

A great day out, especially to escape the heat.
A GREAT day out for families - the tour is built for kids and adults, interactive and educational. Our 7 year old loved reading from the big olive info readers and using the card readers to play videos on the Olive seasons and types of olive oil. We all loved to taste the olive oil and walked out definitely buying some, it was divine. In August it does shut between 1pm and 2pm and the walkthrough time I'd recommend 1.5-2 hours to see everything. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
