初心者でも簡単に握り寿司が作れる体験です。 マグロやサーモンなど人気の寿司ネタを使った寿司作り体験です。 伝統的な日本語料理を通して日本語文化を学べる、一生に一度のユニークな体験となるでしょう。 寿司職人が丁寧に握り方を教えてくれます。 作り方がわかったら、自分で握り寿司を作ってみましょう。 寿司を握って美味しい寿司を食べる体験ができるとても楽しい体験です。 日本語衣装も着られるので、寿司師気分も味わえます。 日本語の空間で日本語文化を体験しにお越しください。 3歳以下のお子様は、大人と料理を共有することで無料でご参加いただけます。 事前にお席をご用意いただく必要がございますので、3歳以下のお子様を同伴される場合は、ご来場前にご連絡ください。

A discovery, an excellent experience.
Fantastic! Excellent food quality and very kind staff
Absolutely LOVED this experience. Our guides, Koda, Mai, Hayato were awesome. We had such a good first experience here. I visited with my family, 2 kids (16 and 10). Everyone had a good time. The fish was fresh and instructions were easy to follow. More than recommend 10/10!
Really great, private experience. Kay was a wonderful instructor who gave us hands-on feedback. It was fun to learn about the history of sushi while making it. Good variety of very fresh fish.
This place is a hidden gem on the 2nd floor. Worth the climb. The staff is great and the sushi is awesome. Very creative. I highly recommend and will come again
Our instructor was kind and fun to talk with. He did a great job teaching us how to make sushi. It was a fun experience and would recommend!!
Incredible food. Exceptional chefs (Hiro and Yusuke)
Hiro and Yusuke, you guys were great. We all know Yusuke runs the place, Hiro was just the visitor. The meal was so good, the two had great conversations with us and kept us entertained. The food and menu was great!!
Yusuke and Hiro were amazing! The sushi was amazing!
Mai and her assistant taught us how to make nigiri and cut sushi rolls and gave us great advice on things to do around town. Had a great time!
