Great experience! Our driver was waiting outside the cruise terminal with a sign and was parked very close by. The roads were closed due to an event, and he went out of his way to get us as close as possible to our hotel anyway. Would definitely use them again in Athens!
We had a great experience with our transfer from the Athens port to our hotel. Our driver met us promptly in the private transfer area just outside the departure terminal, making it very easy to find him after disembarking. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. He even offered us cold bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch after traveling. Everything went smoothly, and the ride was relaxing and stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.
Great experience. Communicative, punctual, and told us about the city and areas to visit during drive to hotel. Also followed up with recommendations on areas to visit for shopping after dropping us off (we asked for them). Definitely will use again. Ask for Hercules when you book.
Service was always on time if not early & in contact via WhatsApp & the Viator App with any questions, everything was responded back within minutes. Vehicles are very nice, clean & driver very friendly & professional. Cold water bottles waiting for us was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

This service is for Athens City Center mainly. I reserved without fully reading for City Center. 48 hours before ride I received a notice that I owed 45 more Euros as ride was outside of city center. My ride was to a hotel near the airport which is no where near Athens, think Denver plus another 10-25 miles outside the city. Choose carefully when using the service. I made my reservations well in advance but the company waited until the last minute to say “hey you owe us more money or you cancel in the next few hours” to make the the 48 hour cancellation window. Sneaky way to operate when you had the information weeks in advance. Service was on time and driver was great but the bait and switch deal was unnecessary

As you mentioned in your review, the additional charge resulted from selecting a product that did not cover your actual destination. Once we identified the discrepancy, we informed you of the correct rate and fully explained the reason for the additional cost. Most importantly, we also offered you the option of a full refund if you did not wish to proceed with the booking under the revised conditions. For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that there was any attempt to apply a "bait-and-switch" tactic or any intention to charge additional fees unfairly. The price adjustment was solely related to the service booked not matching the route requested. We would also like to clarify that our cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, not 48 hours as stated in your review. We sincerely appreciate your positive comments regarding the driver and the quality of the transfer service. We are pleased to hear that the driver was professional and that the service was punctual and met your expectations. Given that you were satisfied with the service provided, agreed to the revised fare, and were offered (but chose not to accept) a full refund, we feel that your review does not fully reflect the circumstances surrounding your booking. Our driver was there early which worked out since we disembarked quicker than I thought and he was very helpful with our bags.

We arrived earlier then I had anticipated and I messaged Viator asking them if they could come to the port early and they did accommodate us which we were so happy not to have to wait another hour. Our driver Spiro was courteous and got us to the hotel early. We always use Viator for tours and transfers and have never been disappointed, great company to deal with, great communication
