He was on time and had a sign with our name. He helped us with the luggage at the port and at our stop. However he said we owed 30 euro to him which was not told to me by booking..com when I booked the ride.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re pleased to hear that your driver was punctual, waiting with a name sign, and assisted with your luggage both at Piraeus Port and upon arrival. Regarding the additional €30 mentioned, we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Additional charges can apply in certain circumstances depending on the specific booking arrangements or requested service and are always clearly communicated. Thank you for choosing Key Tours, and we hope you otherwise enjoyed a smooth and comfortable transfer into Athens. Kind regards, The Key Tours Team
