Excellent outing to Vaikom with Stanley Wilson Tours. Shaji was a great driver getting there was very smooth. Gowri was a great guide on the punting and canoe- very knowledgable and personable. The setting was very tranquil, especially in the backwater, the punting instead of motoring made it even more so. Would recommend to all!

A pleasant sightseeing in a small Kerala village - Vaikom
It was a great trip and we enjoyed to fullest. Our driver Mr. Feroz picked us on time and ensured we reached the start point on time. We met our guide Meera. She had a complete knowledge of the tour and was quite active to tell us the various things during the tour. As they used punting boats there was pollution caused by motors. Also there were only couple of boats in the river. The village sight seeing was very good where an old lady Onamma showed us various activites like making ropes , mats from coconut. The canoe experience was amazing where they took us inside the canals. Overall a must recommended trip to experience a village in Kerala. I would prefer it anytime over hyped places by Allepy. Again 5 star to the entire team .

A fantastic experience. A real highlight of our time in Kerala!
We had a wonderful half day trip along the backwaters. Our guide Mira was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The backwaters were incredibly beautiful even during a monsoon downpour, don’t be put off if it’s raining, it made it even more special! The stop off at the village was fascinating, a lovely lady showed us how to weave with coconut fibres. The traditional Keralan meal was delicious at the end! The boatmen were a lovely couple of fellas and the driver who took us their and back was very professional. We highly recommend this trip, even in the rain!!

Serene and Peaceful Experience
Have been to Kochi before, but this trip turned out to very memorable. All thanks to Stanley Wilson and his colleagues excellent Day Trip through the backwater. The experience was simply excellent. Wading through the backwater in a non motorised boat was so serene and peaceful. Just the break I was looking for. The team of Feroz and Meera were an excellent host and took care of our minutest requirement. Thank you guys for this wonderful trip.

Exclusive way to peaceful backwaters in Kochi
We booked this tour the evening before arriving in Kochi. Stanley Wilson arranged a perfect day out for us and provided for a very well organized tour. We had a very keen, professional and lovely guide, Arya. She was fantastic, putting a lot of energy in the day, really this was above our expectations. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to enjoy the lovely Kerala backwaters in a relaxed and peaceful way.

Excellent value trip to the backwaters of Kochi
It was a great day, boat trip and canoe ride were great as was the traditional lunch. We also had tea with a local family and we were shown around their farm. Meera our guide was lovely and very knowledgable. Was great value for money.

Don’t miss out on this experience
Excellent fun . So relaxing to sit back watching village life . Beautiful scenery . Fantastic to learn and watch the skills of rope making and screen / roof . Guide was so lovely and lots of interesting facts and Information. Driver was excellent very lovely air condition cab . Lunch at Jasmins was incredible such wonderful flavours and plenty of it . A wonderful host .
