Fabi was a wonderful tour guide. Lots of information and appreciate that she picked out nice shady spots when she stopped to give us more information. Skip the line was worth it. And bonus for us, the gate to St Peter's Basilica was open and we were able to use the short cut instead of walking outside of Vatican City and enter through the courtyard.

The headset was very difficult to wear on the ear. Kept falling off with just the smallest turning of the head. And the audio and sound wasn’t very good. The guide was very knowledgeable and kind, but he gave far too much information. It was difficult to hear and understand and way too much information to process and take home

The Sistine Chapel was closed on March 19th, which we did not know when we booked our trip. We were called the night before to say the reservation was canceled and we would be refunded. I have not been refunded and have contacted my credit card company. Why would you allow bookings when you know the Sistine Chapel is closed?!
Is not our problem because Vatican decided lately they are closed,
I’m extremely disappointed because our tour was canceled 2 days before arriving, which is fine we didn’t care it was canceled, but we were still charged the full amount and never got refunded our payment. I reached out and no one ever got back to me.

Not happy as we booked a spanish tour but it was at the end in English. Our kids are young and dont speak English (they are Dutch/Spanish). We paid more than 500eur for a tour that our children could not understand. When we received the paper ticket we saw that the price for each ticket was 20eur but we paid more than 100eur per person.
We was offered you Spanish tour but you didn’t have time and you chose English tour, it’s not our fault sir, please don’t blame us

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to explain many of the details along the way. The only problem for me was all the stairs but that is because of my issues, I still managed it. It was worth not having to line up
