Good to book in advance as the tivkets were soldout on the visit day.
Good to have audio to get some Information about the museum. Pre reservation was good thing to avoid line at counter
The beautiful building , the terrible audio guide, I do not recommend it , is not 'aligned to the rooms to visit so useless, better follow the signs that are in the individual rooms and that explain them
Mi dispiace molto per il disagio con l’audioguida. Normalmente va ascoltata seguendo i cartelli presenti nelle sale, perché ogni traccia ha il titolo corrispondente alla stanza. Purtroppo, a volte la connessione internet all’interno può creare qualche problema, e questo non dipende dal nostro controllo. Grazie comunque per la segnalazione — ci aiuta a migliorare.
We got tickets to see the “museum” only. We met the guide and he gave us tickets only (no audio receiver). The museum was very limited and had nothing really outstanding to view.
The agent was on time ready to give us the tickets. But this was unknown to me. I think it should be advised from the beginning that you should be looking for someone. The audio guide its not great however that is a museum feature.
