I never received my tickets and they would only let me in because I showed them my confirmation. I had to pay for the audio guide for myself and husband for 12 euros extra even though the confirmation said audio guide was included. Entry fir a walk in was only 9 euros per person si the entire experience should have totalled only 30 euros and I paid 60 and got nithing of any extra value. Very unhappy abd feel I am due a refund

The audio guide was already included in your booking, so there was no need to purchase another one on-site. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue a refund since the full service was provided as advertised. The audio and narration worked out great. It was nice to take the tour at our own pace. We had the ability to play it back if we missed star was being said.
The basilica lines were fast with our group tour skip the line ticket and the tour guide Wn was excellent. We got to see a ton of intricate details inside the basilica, including the crypt, and our guide explained the significance of many parts of the basilica we would have otherwise missed.
The audio guide is not worth it. It says the same thing a million times. Better to just do skip the line or go early and buy tickets there. And when I spoke with customer service about changing times they were not helpful

The sumptuous Medici Chapel. We just regret that we were not able to include in our visit the Basilica of San Lorenzo.
There was no audio or skip the line; I had an email confirmation, never received an actual ticket; the ticket desk let me thru but I had no audio, just walked myself around.
Buy your tickets at the venue for $9.00 euro buying tickets on this site was not needed . We went early walked right in . Spent $56.00 instead of $18.00

The host of the tour gave clear instruction to retrieve e-ticket 24 hour before the tour started via WhatsApp. Tickets were delivered on time. I never attempted to use/download any audio guide so I can't comment on that.
The operator only sent a QR code for entrance and audio tour. No one at the ticket office had the ability to read the QR. they wanted to see a voucher and we were sent none.
Sure! We sent you the tickets by both email and WhatsApp, and the QR code you received was only for the audio guide, not for entry. The actual entry tickets were sent to you in PDF format. All of this was explained very clearly in the description provided
Received our tickets ahead of time on Whatsapp and walked right in. Worth seeing, I enjoyed it more than the Duomo
