The best cooking class I have been to! The dishes were absolutely delicious and I’ll definitely be making them back in Australia. Chef Thanh made the class so much fun. His knowledge was incredible and we learnt so much from him in a short amount of time. The whole experience felt authentic, hands-on and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Hoi An. It was such a fun experience and a great way to learn more about Vietnamese food and culture.

It was a really great course, Chef Thanh gives an explicit course through the kitchen and gives you all sorts of tips and tricks that you can use for private cooking great. His craft really suits him well and he is passionate about it! It was really delicious

Our experience was very turbulent. Should be a cooking lesson for our children. We arrived and no one was there, nothing was prepared. It quickly became apparent that the restaurant had been wrong in the day. After all the waiting, the children had little desire. Everything seemed improvised. In the end, the dishes were impressive and also tasted good. Unfortunately, I also have to mention that this store is the dingiest, having been to Hoi An after 6 weeks. Customer service is different.

we had a great day starting with pick up and meeting Thang. He was friendly and awesome to meet. He took us to an excellent coffee stop and then to his garden which was amazing and an oasis. The cooking class was great. Lots of action and learning. Food was delicious. Thang was a great host and looked after us extremely well.

The two of us had a lovely morning with Chef Thanh. We learnt about the ingredients he buys from the market and how to make some delicious local dishes and present them in a beautiful way. He gave us some top tips to cook the same back in the UK with the different ingredients and types of fish sauce etc that we might have access to. A really great class with a highly trained chef.

The Class was educational, professional,and fun! I’ve taken 3 cooking classes in Vietnam and this was the best class by far! I couldn’t believe the Pro tips . The food was exceptional and Chef Thanh and his wife Tuh are so kind. It was a highlight!

Outstanding food incredible 3 hour experience. We learned a few new cooking tips, about how to use and access local ingredients. This was a highlight of our trip.

Amazing experience with Chef Thanh! He is an excellent teacher and the food was the best we have tasted in Vietnam! He also provided wonderful cooking tips and recipes that we will never forget!
