Had a great time!
Had a fantastic time. Our guide was knowledgeable and the tour was very interesting. I learned a lot and enjoyed the food! I appreciated her recommendations as well.

Eating and walking the icelandic way
Bo was very funny and informative. Had a shark, needed a shnaps - would recommend it anyways. A fun tour, the price was ok and the 3 hours were just the right time.

Great Way to Explore Reykjavik
The tour was a great way for my husband's and my intial exploration of the city. Lau Lau (?) was a delightful guide and we enjoyed exploring the cuisine. I hadn't had a hot dog in years and I must say it was great.

Not good for Celiacs
Other people enjoyed this tour, but I am a celiac and I reached out several times before the tour to ask if they could accommodate me and they never got back to me. I showed up at the beginning of the tour and asked again and they said they could accommodate me. But, we stopped at five places, and at two of them I could eat nothing. I think they could have done a better job trying to accommodate me or at least have told me ahead of time. Also, they could’ve reduced my fee for the foods that I was not able to eat.

Lots to Eat!
Maria was excellent in explaining the origins and customs of the Icelandic people. We enjoyed tasting all the Icelandic foods with Maria G … well, perhaps not the fermented shark. Highly recommend.

Fantastic food, facts and fun
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We tasted a variety of traditional foods and the portions were generous. Stefan was a wonderful guide with a great sense of humour and many Icelandic anecdotes and facts to share which added value to an already most enjoyable tour.

Our guide, Palli, took us to some good places, and told us much about the food and the culture. It was a memorable experience.
