Chamal was a very good driver! On the train journey, I found a seat on the side with a good view, and I was able to enjoy the best train trip! If it were just me, I wouldn't have known which seat was good. Also, I asked a driver to take us from Ella through the gorge to Colombo. They readily accepted and made the tour of the goal enjoyable. Drive safely! Also, he is very knowledgeable and fluent in English. We ran while talking about Sri Lanka on a long journey. I'm glad I could learn many things! Thank you!

Excellent day spent with Indika exploring various stops including a herbal garden, tea plantation and the waterfalls in a comfortable ride. Escorted us to our seats on the train (and would’ve helped buying tickets if hadn’t bought in advance) and then took our large luggage down to Ella making the journey hassle free.

We booked the tour with Ramzan and it was honestly such a fun experience, he’s the best! The whole tour is really customisable and he has great recommendations, we chose to see the tea factory, the waterfall and the post office. Ramzan is such a fun guy, he knew everything about everything, helped us buy the train tickets and even waited until we were sat in the train before heading back to Kandy. He’s such a fun guy and takes the best photos, also his taste in music is great. I’d definitely book with him again, he’s the best :)

We had an amazing time today on our trip from Kandy to Ella. We chose the Tuk Tuk option and our driver Ramzan picked us up and was very punctual at our hotel at 8am in Kandy. Afterwards, we headed straight for the tea factory, since we had already seen most of Kandy. Ramzan was so nice and bought some water and a breakfast snack for us, before we went on our long TukTuk drive to the tea factory. Our highlight? Definitely the amazing VIBES with Ramzan and his cool music he played in his TukTuk! On our way, we stopped to take some pictures at a viewpoint and waterfalls. The tea factory itself was very interesting and fun, everyone was very lovely and we did not feel too pressured to buy some tea at the end. For a last stop before the train station we went to the old post office & had some coffee. At 1:30pm Ramzan helped us to buy the train tickets and even secured a seat for us on the train! 🚂 ✨ it was very helpful! Communication was top notch, everything went very smooth and our day would have been a lot more stressful without Ramzan 🥹 In Ella we got picked up by another amazing TukTuk Driver and he brought us to our hotel! If you want a very easy cool transfer we 10/10 reccomend this experience 🌺✨🍥

Chamal helped us a lot to get seats on the train from Nanu Oya to Ella, I recommend him!! However, the itinerary of stops along the way was not exactly as contracted. We visited a different tea factory than the one indicated in the itinerary, which coincidentally was not in operation, but the shop was, made entirely for tourists, with sky-high tea prices.

We had an excellent day of travel via Tuk Tuk with our very knowledgeable guide Dhanu. He showed us to the Tea Factory, past some waterfalls and a few other scenic viewpoints along the drive. He also organised our train ticket and made sure we beat the crowds to secure a seat. 10/10 experience with Dhanu!

Chamal, was the kindest guide! He really made sure I had a great time and got to experience tea making process. He also went out his way to ensure I had a seat for the scenic train to Ella. He was so open about his experience living in Sri Lanka, sharing all the beautiful stories! Thank you for the lovely tour.
