However, we are deeply concerned to hear that the driving made you feel uncomfortable and caused motion sickness, particularly after you specifically asked the driver to slow down. Your request should have been taken seriously and acted upon immediately. Please be assured that we are treating this matter very seriously. We will investigate it directly with the driver and take appropriate action based on our findings. The safety and comfort of our passengers must always come first. We also apologise that the pickup location and vehicle were not marked clearly enough. We will review this part of our operation to prevent similar confusion in the future. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the weather at the beginning of the tour affected your experience. Golden Circle tours operate year-round in Iceland in a wide range of weather conditions-including rain, wind and snow during winter-as long as the roads and conditions are considered safe. This is completely normal for sightseeing tours in Iceland. Rain alone is not a reason to cancel a tour, especially as the weather can change very quickly-as it did on this particular day, when conditions improved as the tour progressed. This was a guided tour, and all scheduled highlights were visited. Pickup is arranged within a clearly stated 30-minute window, so being collected during that period does not constitute a delay. Unfortunately, Icelandic weather is outside our control. We always recommend that guests check the forecast and arrive prepared with waterproof clothing so they can fully enjoy the experience in changing conditions.
