Wonderful tour, made all the better by our driver Thor who was very funny, and made our trip so interesting We loved the tomato farm, and Iceland horses.

Julianna , our guide, was great. It was a wonderful tour! Bus Travel Iceland was very professional. They sent us reminders of our excursions and were excellent to work with.

The experience was good in the end but we arrived before 9am for our pick up as instructed and had to wait at a stop with no shelter for 30 minutes in the cold rain. So we started the tour wet and cold. I realize it’s Iceland and the weather is to be expected, but I think the tour company should do better to ensure the pick ups are timely or located at places with some sort of shelter. I started the tour cranky and annoyed as a result. This didn’t need to be the case if the pick up had been managed more efficiently or taking into account the weather and pick up location,

My experience with BusTravel Iceland was absolutely wonderful. I could not believe how knowledgeable our guide was of Iceland. This was the best part for me, as I learned so much and saw so much that I might have otherwise not noticed. Each stop along this trip had something special and the additional farm stop was one of the best parts. Seeing the Icelandic horses up close and learning about what makes them unique was very cool. The company also took care to ensure that guests were picked up and dropped off safely.

We had a fabulous day on the Golden Circle Tour with our excellent guide Ottar!! We learnt a lot about Iceland, it's Geology and culture and saw several of it's amazing natural wonders! The horse show was professional and entertaining. The lunch at the tomato farm was delicious. A fascinating day, with huge thanks to Ottar for making it a very special introduction to Iceland!

We absolutely loved the places visited (apart from the first stop for "facilities" which IMHO was completely unnecessary) as every stop had facilities. The horse demonstration and the waterfall were the highlights, but none of the stops were bad. The reason for not 5* is we waited at the pickup point for 50 minutes (in the rain) watching countless busses come and go. When the bus did arrive the microphone didn't work and with all the faff we finally left the port @09:38 well over an hour after we arrived. The guide then kept stating we were late!!!! (Not our fault at all) If we hadn't stopped for ins and outs first, we could have been on time. I would also recommend stating the tour is 9.5 hours, as that was how long was required, to avoid other customers booking a dinner for 18:15 and then being late (despite the guide cutting the last visit a bit short - but we were late....)! The mini bus itself was really comfortable with lovely seats and the scenery spectacular. The lunch stop was great too, though a bit pricey, you do have to remember that Iceland is expensive, even more so if you want alcohol.

Had a wonderful tour today! The day was full of gorgeous sites and rich history told by our wonderful tour guide, Sarah. One of my favorites was having lunch at the tomato farm and getting soaked at the water! Great tour :)

It was amazing having these bus travel trip experience with Juliana cause she is such a good driver and as a guide she cares about everyone, explaining details, talking with such a good vibe and very ponctual. She started with an awesome welcoming that gave me enthusiastic for all golden circle trip. 👌

Juliana was an amazing guide, she made the experience super enjoyable and seems like an overall lovely person! Her driving and timeliness really contributed to making the experience great overall! The views were superb, sometimes a little busy with all the other touring buses but still great! The only chaotic thing was the pickup location as so many people and buses in one place it was a little hectic right at 9am.

Juliana was informative, vibrant and engaging. I cant imagine a more pleasant and fulfilling experience.
