Hello, good morning. The excursion was good; the only thing I did not like was that I made a reservation for the tour in Spanish, and since there were more people who spoke English, they did it in English. I think that if I make a reservation in Spanish, they should do it in Spanish. Anyway, it was good, the guide was very good. I hope you improve that aspect, thank you.
Very bad experience with the operator. We acknowledge that we arrived 8 minutes late, but we contacted them immediately and offered to catch up with the group on our own. They did not give us any alternative and the treatment was extremely rude and unprofessional. The guide called us in an aggressive and arrogant tone. Furthermore, we requested that they send us the tickets to El Capricho de Gaudí, which were included and paid for in the excursion, so we could use them on our own, and they also refused to provide them.
Great way to see several places in a day. I was focused on seeing Capricho de Gaudi and had plenty of time for that. Santillana and Santander were also fascinating.
Pilar is the best tour guide ever!! She is knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She really cares about her country, her clients and making sure we all had a great experience. We saw so many great buildings, towns and view points and Pilar was the perfect guide
Lovely history tour of the towns. The van was great and our tour guide Pilar was very knowledgeable of all history topics. Would highly recommend.
He guides her very well. El Capricho y Comillas lovely and Santillana very nice, the only thing I did not like anything was Santander.
