Overall our transfer was a good process. Our flight arrived to London a bit early and we had to wait for our driver, which was fine. Our driver was nice, but I was as shocked that they weren’t very “professionally dressed”. They could barely keep their pants up and their shirt was way too short. The car wasn’t the cleanest either. The drive itself was smooth though and no issues getting from the airport to our hotel.
George was on time, helpful, and very polite! The saloon car was very clean and spacious. Overall an exceptional experience!!!
